I was told that the bonus money can never be withdrawn - until I hear otherwise, be careful. I used my real money account first and then my bonus money account - got it up to over $200 and asked how I'd know that I met the wagering requirements and how did I make a withdrawal and was told it cannot be withdrawn. I don't see where it says that, does anyone else?

Of course I read them - but where does it say that you can't ever withdraw the bonus money if you meet those requirements? It said 12 times the deposit and bonus right in the email they sent me - I'm not disputing that...I don't think you read my post - or didn't understand it. I'm not stupid - I just never heard of a casino not allowing any of the bonus money to be withdrawn if you meet wagering requirements.

Okay, I made a deposit - they credited my Bonus Money account with a 100% bonus. I wagered the Real Money first and when I used that up, I used my Bonus Money - I kept hitting really well, and I'm sure, met the wagering requirements. I wasn't ready to withdraw yet, but I wasn't sure how it worked. After looking on the web site and not finding an answer, I asked support how I would know that I met the requirements - would the money transfer to my real money account? (as the Microgaming accounts sometimes do) and he said the bonus money can never be withdrawn nor does it turn into real money. If you use all your Real Money, the bonus is basically fun money. Does that make more sense? Which doesn't make sense to me since they give you a Fun Money account, right? I have most of the conversation I had with "Robert" and I've written to customer support but I haven't heard from them yet. I'm just confused because I've never heard of this before, and I wouldn't have bothered with the deposit bonus had I known. I mean, what's the point, right?
