I tried to retrieve my account login via live chat at Vegas7 and was told my account has been locked due to my name being in a "negative database" can anyone tell me what the heck that means?

This can mean many things such as bonus abusing, multiple accounts, chargebacks really anything it is best to send me your email via a pm or something that I can use to ask my contact for you, please understand it is the holiday's so it will take a few days :)
