I think everyone gets the free spins on their birthday, but I am not sure if you get them if you don't log in until after your birthday is over.

i didn't get anything from royal joker or all slots for my birthday...

support said they don't offer things like that.

Oh sorry. My bad. I got them on my birthday and my boyfriend got them on his birthday so I just concluded that everybody did. Stupid conclusion.
