I called customer support. When I'm in doubt about having an account, I always ask- I don't keep that many casinos on my computer. Rather safe than sorry or download only to be rejected!

Yes the first day I could not reach live support at all, the next day I reached them but I had to wait awhile-- they said they were kinda swamped. But I got the chip and had fun. Try the Dennis Rodman slot, it's really fast and visually interesting!
