A lot of times with these Rival casinos especially, you will have to log out and wait a while and then log back in to find the promotions. If that does not work then ask support. Good luck to you violetta

OK WELL HERES THE BS ON THIS PLACE. I REGISTERED AND WENT TO LIVE CHAT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WAS RANDOMLY DENIED THE 15 FREE MINUTES AND THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DISCLOSE ANY REASON. MY RESPONSE WAS WHY BOTHER PROMOTING THIS IF YOUR GOING TO RENEG. APPARANTLY THERE ARE SISTER CASINOS THAT I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS RIVAL THAT IS SO I CAN PLAY FOR FREE JUST NO BONUS. Ok - This is the idiot that I am: I registered and played and met playthrough with 4 minutes left. So I am sitting there waiting for my time to run off so I can request my 100.00. About 1 minute to go it dawns on me that the deposit was not withdrawable which means I really need 643.00 to cash out. Well it was too late by then. Gosh I hate when I do things like that. Sorry some of you had problems...and good luck to all that are able to play.

I made it and can cash out 100 but have no way to cash it out, with no quick tender. ( my bank does not allow it, and the one that did I no longer have an account at since we moved) Other casinos will cash out to your bank why wont rival.

Another bonus banned Rival! I give up. I made two deposits at Royal Apollo with bonuses only to be informed I can't have bonuses 2 days later. Go figure. I deleted the casino. I think I will stick to RTG's.

Just for your info, you cannot cashout your winnings from this bonus.
Your winnings are converted to bonusmoney, just like the Microgaming freeplay bonuses.
If you deposit $25 you play with $125, the $100 bonus has a 35x WR attached to it.
This casino uses the Rival central playerdatabase, so if you're banned from bonuses at Rival don't even bother signing up, as you will only get the dissapointing NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE in the cashier.

Hi, I'm getting pretty upset with the Rival Casino's. I know allot of us have aired the problems we have had with them cutting off the promotions for no reason at all. I just had them do it to me yesterday at Fortune Reel which I have put thousands of dollars into in the last few months. Vixen your right about these casino's only hurting themselves because I have taken all of them except Vegas Regal (which I think is a great casino) off my computer and will never play in them again. If enough people do this they will have no more depositor's and will go belly up. Good riddensl!!!!

I did this, made playthru, they changed my balance from 1,092 to 0, then told me i didnt' make playthru when indeed in the cashier section it said that i made playthru. it also said that i was eligible for second tier which stated that in cashier section. I asked live help why int he world would i deposit $25 at 35x playthru when they didn't honor the first promotion. asked them to take off my data and close account and they haven't responded to the request. playing with the "fun money" was interesting, but i could have done that at rouque rtg.
