Ok - This is the idiot that I am: I registered and played and met playthrough with 4 minutes left. So I am sitting there waiting for my time to run off so I can request my 100.00. About 1 minute to go it dawns on me that the deposit was not withdrawable which means I really need 643.00 to cash out. Well it was too late by then. Gosh I hate when I do things like that. Hi, I'm getting pretty upset with the Rival Casino's. I know allot of us have aired the problems we have had with them cutting off the promotions for no reason at all. I did this, made playthru, they changed my balance from 1,092 to 0, then told me i didnt' make playthru when indeed in the cashier section it said that i made playthru. it also said that i was eligible for second tier which stated that in cashier section. I asked live help why int he world would i deposit $25 at 35x playthru when they didn't honor the first promotion. asked them to take off my data and close account and they haven't responded to the request. playing with the "fun money" was interesting, but i could have done that at rouque rtg.
