NEW ZEALAND -- As reported by TV3: "The Lotteries Commission has launched online Lotto sales, boldly predicting it will lead to an increase in problem gambling.
"Online ticket-buyers will be able to spend only $300 a month, as part of moves to stop punters becoming gambling addicts.
New Zealanders already spend $750 million a year on Lotto and Keno...
