and I also want to ask .... what if someone decides to play 1c bets ???(if there is such an option ,I havent played yet I so dont know) so he/she WINS ?? there was a similar tourney in other forum and that case was questionable there? Did you guys took care of that?

I think you mean can you bet 1 line at 1 cent and win? Yes of course you can this is based on the person that spins the most no matter the amount :)
