I have received 2 of these emails. 1 says I have $50 and the other says $20 like yours. The funny thing is when I logged into my account there was no money or free spins on Avalon. I have logged in several times since and still the same.

These could have been sent out not from the casino itself, but some advertising they use, trying to get NEW players? I would ask their support, but have a feeling that if you have ever deposited, you will not get this.

Noone had the free bonus in his account.

Yesterday wrote to Betway, but for now there is no bonus. I wrote again today and the result is the same, no bonus will not answer .

This was a targeted marketing email that was marked to go to under 300 players, due to a technical error with our email software this went to a larger group.

Hi, Dizzy. Same thing for me and i sent an email to support@betway.com and it took about 24hrs and i received a reply from Betway saying the free £20 and also 100 free spins on Avalon had been cedited to my account and that the dupe free £50 email was a typo. When i logged on to my Betway acct there was £20 and 100 free spins so please email support and they will sort you out.

Sorry hon, as you read it was an email error. Do what the others have been doing, send them the email you received and ask them politely if they will honor it and I am sure they will help you also.
