I use to deposit there all the time until last year when the messed up my credit cards. I wanted to remove two outdated or no longer used credit cards and replace it with my current one. Well the bank in the casino wouldn't allow it, said my cards were maxed out. I contacted Customer Service and after about a month I just gave up. About two months ago they sent me a letter that my credit cards were about to expire and to log in and update it. I tried and the same thing happened. I contacted banking support, customer service support, and every support I could think of. I had to go through my whole personal account, submit a listing of all my casino's associated with Casino Rewards, and almost had to sign my first born to them. After about a month of correspondence, they got it corrected. I made a deposit in Blackjack Ballroom and it went faster than lightnning. Since last year I haven't gotten any "We Missed you and we have given you $$$$$". I get their newsletter every few months or so, not on a regular basis.
Go figure.
