Contest Rules and Claim Rules - PLEASE READ!!

Streakers, let me first say we love holding these contests for you all. The one thing that needs to be done though is for you all to understand our rules for all contests. We just want everyone to understand them before entering and / or claiming a win so there is no reason for any misunderstandings.

1. Our number one rule, that we cannot stress enough is:

DO NOT, and this is HUGE, DO NOT contact any casino/sponsor regarding contests and/or wins. We do not deal with support. We have special contacts and only they have the required information regarding the contest. If you do indeed contact a casino about any contest and/or win, you will automatically be banned from entering any further contests at the Streak.

2. If you enter a contest, PLEASE be sure you have read ALL terms and conditions and that you are indeed eligible for a win from that casino if chosen. Each contest has their own set terms and conditions regarding that particular contest as well as general terms and conditions.

3. Unless the contests state otherwise, our contests require a BONUS FREE deposit. (meaning you can not have used a coupon or gotten any type of bonus from the casino, you may not use the deposit for anything else here at the Streak or any place else) Also the minimum deposit of $25 means just that. You may NOT combine any deposits. If you have 5 - $20 deposits, they will not count! If you make a $25 - $99 deposit you will get ONE pick. $100 through any amount TWO picks. You do not get 2 picks for a $50 deposit, lol. You still get ONE!

4. If you enter a contest, be sure to include your casino ID in the post in which you entered the contest. If multiple sponsors are included in one particular contest, be sure to inclue ALL IDs in which are eligible for the contest.

5. If you win a contest, you have five days to claim the prize. If it is not claimed within the five days, it is forfeited. There are certain circumstances in which this rule may be deviated; however, that will be on a case to case basis

6. Once you have claimed your prize, do not post in this room that you have not received your win unless it has been AT LEAST 72 hours. This allows us and the sponsor ample time to get the credits done.

Please advise what we need to do in order to "claim a prize." I won $50 at villento for the Spring contest drawing, but forgive me for not knowing what I need to do to claim it. Thanks.

Icebergs, with some of the contests you do not have to do anything. We ask for your ID when you post your deposits so that at the end of the contest we have all winners IDs. We post the winners list in Contest Winners Room and we do expect winners to at least post a thank you or something in that thread. Also a thank you to the sponsors in that thread is expected.

You do have to read all rules of each contest though because with some of the contests you have to claim your win by a certain time or forfeit it.
