peeling boiled eggs when they are "new" eggs!!!!!

I made a batch of potato salad today to go with BBQ ribs for dinner tonight.

I swear, about half of the whites came off with the shells!

I forgot they were new!

Not old as in rotten silly, just not new. I always put lots of salt in the water I am boiling them in and have never had trouble peeling any eggs!

No kidding silky..... I don't mean "OLD" as in rotten.....lol yuck!
