OK, here we go again...

I have made a $2000 withdrawal and flushed it at Ruby Royal Casino yesterday Sunday the 18th , lets see what happen!

Its says nothing about 2-5 businessdays on the casino website but in the withdrawal confirmation mail it do like here below:

I can live with 2-5 businessdays but I have used their "freeze account for 6 days"-fuction just so I dont reverse my withdrawals with the help of Live support when they have so very long processign times.

Here is a live chat from a couple of minutes ago:

OK, so that "freeze account for 6 days"-function is totally useless, it only gives the Rival casino 6 more days to delay a withdrawal, LMAO!

Now its Monday, I have to wait 24 to get the managment to maybe un-freeze my account then I have to wait maybe 5 business days more and then its next Tuesday...and if they dont un-freeze my account there is 6 more days which is Monday(14 days from now) but if they do un-freeze my account tomorrow they probably ask for faxback forms and crap BEFORE the 2-5 businessdays starts to count and they probably will wait 2 days until they ask for the papers...which will result my $2000 withdrawal will be payed in about 2 weeks anyway...LOL...

Havent wee seen this before on withdrawal greater than $1000 or $2000? ...Note they dont even aswer my mail this moring where i had alot of questions...and they have not asked for paper which they said they do and that I didnt need to send them on my own will so they are there IF they need it.

I knew this gonna be sooo much problems AS usual... Ok, It has gone only 24 hours(business hours) and maybe the Live support had it wrong about that freeze function...I expect to have my withdrawal tomorrow or on Friday at latest...
I just want you to join me IF YOU WANT in the challange of actually getting payed from a Rival casino as a new member with a withdrawal of $2000 or more. Hopefully this thread will be short and me happy playing at Rivals, lets hope it will not be 400 posts long... And to all you players with $100-$500 withdrawals being process within 48 hours, dont write here aysing how fast they are, if you have made a withdrawal of $2000 or more you can please share your experiences.

ceks, this is ridiculous and you know it! I am not allowing your "private chat" with support to be posted here. There have been a few others posting their "private Chats" with casinos lately and that must stop.

Now about your withdrawal, give me a break! You put in for a withdrawal yesterday and are in here bitching already? I am leaving this for now, it is not up to me to delete it, only vixen or Carey, but if you have a real problem one of these days, try going about it the proper way and sending a PM to Vixen and see if she can help you.

Well, lets see how it goes then, as I said hopefully this post will not be 400 post long.
I actually havn´t seen ANY one getting payed by a Rival, Ive seen tooo many players saying they "hit the cashout button" and when other have asked "let us know when you get payed" or "did they pay you" there have been no answer. And now Im takling about quite big withdrawals $2000 or more, so I think and probably others too think it would be interesting to see how long it actually takes, it they pay withing a few days Im gonna be the first one thanking them....but......mmm, let see.

And what is ithis about private chat? Its not private at all, Im the one posting my own chat and I decide! what I wanna share from my private life. Live support dont share anything private with me and what they say to me about ruels and so on apply to all players.

The fact that they refuse to answer a simple mail after Ive made a quite big withdrawal is enough to "slam" them. Still no answer.

And whats the purpose with that "freeze"-function if it freezes flushed withdrawals too?? LOL

And why does it say withdrawals are payed 24-48 hours on their site and nothing about 2-5 business days? Its only in the automatic mail the casino system sends out upon a withdrawal where it says 2-5 businessdays and that is the same even when a player is "approved" and have made withdrawals before and sent in all kinds of documents.

I dont get any answer on this, Ive seen this lack of respons before when Ive made big withdrawals at Rivals, ofcoarse I react!

Im NOT slamming them for not getting payed...yet, only for the one, two, three four things above.

Also, when takling to live support before the weekend about reversing my withdrawals which I did 2 times (but I was lucky to get it tio grow some more) they were so nice and friendly and "personal"....this last chat about my withdrawal were like talking to a robot which didnt want help, only to inform of the cold rules and saying to all my quitesions "that is the procedures". They really hate you when you have made a big withdrawal and you are ahead of the casino and htey love you when you pay them and give your winnings back.

As I said before, lets see how this goes... Lots of players here wanna see how long it actaully takes. Rival withdrawals seem to be sensitive spot for you guys, why? Do you know something we dont?

Im not gonna go ballistic here...yet, I really hope they pay within 5 days as the automated casino system mails say(not casino website).

Ill be back when I get payed in one way or another...

I appreciate you will help me if there is a problem but do I actually have to aks your for help for a simple withdrawal at a Rival? Is that what is takes these days? The casino should be able to assver my simple questions and have my money payed in reasonable time(which Im not yet "bitching" about).

Sure its simple, hit the cashout button, flush the withdrawal and get payed to my Ntlr 24-48 hours like the casino rules say.... Yeah, lets see how simple that is!

Sure they may be a good sponsor, there are many new casinos that are good sponors here, but are they good to the players too? Hopefully, Ive been around "long enough" to see many new good casino sponosors here turning into scam casinos, it seem they are good just when they make a "good deal" with you.

Ceks...are you ever happy about anything?I woud be happy as hell if I knew I would have $2000 in 2 to 5 business days!

As for cashouts at Rivals ...a couple months ago I cahsed out $2000 from Slotocash and it was in my QT in 2 days.

You need to have a little more patience. We all love ya but sometimes..........Be happy just knowing you have the money coming.I envy you because you have such luck at the casinos. Send some of that luck my way and quit yer bitchin'!

Wow - You seem so ungreatful at times Ceks. I know things can be frustrating but holy cow you just won a couple thousand dollars so be happy!!!! I just withdrew from Ruby Royal ...not as much as you because I kept doing the reverse withdrawl- which is my fault, anyway I did do a withdrawl and it only took 2 days to get to my QT account. If your main complaint is that they don't flush your account (or freeze) then stay away from the casino until your withdrawl gets processed..its all about self control much I must say I sometimes don't have much of. This staff here is so wonderful and the negativity can be such a bummer.

They flush it instantly from Live support, and people, read my post! I dont whine I dont get payed in 24 hours.

1. They dont answer my mails
2. The frezze account function(which should be a tool for the player not to touch any withdrawal or making it impossible to deposit more for 6 days) also freezes the withdrawal process even it the withdrawal already is flushed.
3. On their site it says 24-48 hours for a Netleleler withdrawal to pe payed, nothing about up to 5 business days, only in the automated mail it says 2-5 business days. Why it say different?
4. my withdrawal may take about 14 days now, 6 freeze days+5 bunsinessdays and one day for the casino managment to look at my account to see if the will un-freeze it or not)if the freeze function also freezes the withdrawal porcess which is very hard to belive, but it wouldnt surprize me if they used the 6 freeze days to delay.
5. As it say in rules a player MAY not need to send papers if the player like have deposited only with for ex Ntetlerler. I dont mind sending papers but Live support told me I will be contacted IF the papers is needed. (like before I made a huge withdrawal they took some days to even ask for the papaer, THEN the took up to 5 businessdays.
6. Live support "hate" me when Im a winenr and they used to love me when it waas about me reversing my withdrawals and so on... They dont say it but you can feel so clear.

Im greatful and happy I won, and viking, Im glad you say you made a withdrawal at Ruby Royal, was it the first withdrawal you did and it took 48 hours? Did you need to send papers? Lets see if my $2000 take long for some reason....?? Hm...interesting I hope I get mine so fast too!

Im happy about lots of things, Im happy abouts $2000 I soon will get hopefully and that I won a Grand Slam ticket + $500 at VIP Longe Casino yeasterday and lots of stuff home ion my like BUT when a Rival instantly starts their process to make my life miserable I get pissed, I thought all this crap was history.

SlotoCash is the only Rival that is not connected to all other 30 Rival casinos and I know they are fast one withdrawals.

Dont play Rivals then you say, I can understand what you mean but I love the games and almost everthing, I think good of everyone and that they could improve so I think of Rival accounting too, LOL

I wish all of you are right and Ill get my cash this week at least! Lets see!

I'd be very upset if the freeze account function stopped the withdrawal processing.... I had no idea it would do anything beyond freeze any funds in your account. That it can go beyond the casino account to the accounting area and stop the processing of flushed withdrawals would blow my mind too.

I think when dealing with money we like all i's dotted and all t's crossed... so finding three different processing times would make me nervous too.

I think what we read as complaints weren't meant as such in your first note, but rather it was just you announcing you'd won and we'd watch the process.

Most of the online casino's I've encountered have two different areas we deal with (if we're lucky) - the customer service people who man the live chat and the accounting department who actually process withdrawals. Live chat probably has nothing to do with the speed of the process.... but maybe you could be positively proactive and ask for the email address so you could find out NOW if they'll require a faxback form or other ID. Ask for the form and fill it out in advance and be ready to submit it if they require it.

As for Ruby Royal I have to say they've been fantastic to me. I have not yet been lucky enough to cash out. But they have allowed me bonuses and are not treating me like a pariah. They have restored my faith in Rival's (along with Slotocash, Superior Vegas Regal and Paradise8) Give them a chance ...

Actually I talked to Live support today again and this person where very clear, she said Im on my second withdrawal processing day and that the freeze fuction will NOT interfear with the withdrawal process, maan am I glad to hear that! The other Live support girl said the opposite and then she wasn´t sure...I guess they cant be 100% sure on everything, its ok.

Thanks labell for your words, and that faxback form and stuff they have not yet asked me about but when I only have used Ntelerer they may not require this info as it says in the rules, Im fine with that but if they ask for it after 3-4 days I will get angry again when Ive asked as your said to send them in in advance...

Still I have not heard anything from them, I even wrote to their finance email and no respons whatsoever...but Live support gave me a little update so hopefully I get the $2000 any time now or on Friday at latest(5 businessdays)

This casino seem very good when they have nice promos and no max limits like many other have with about 3-5 time the bonus given which really suck.

Ceks - I am sorry that I misunderstood your complaint about the Freeze -anyway your question to me was regarding my withdrawl. It was the first time I deposited and the fist time I withdrew. They did not ask me for any ID at all however I deposited using my QT and withdrew to my QT so that might be the reason no ID was required. I wish you luck.

I love to use NetEller..It is so fast. Sadly they don´t accept us, so everytime I win in a forum or something they cannot pay me on that :-(

Do you also have the mastercard to the account?

You mean that awesome black card connected to my Ntellere account? Yes! I also have the GlobeWllalet card which I can send money to from my Nteeller account but I heard they are leaving that one soon, I liked to have two card so I could take out twice as much daily the few times I win big!

The Globewllet card was the old Ntellre card but its still in use. https://card.first-pay.com/

You are right, the only bad about Nteller is the daily card withdrawal limit but if you transfer directly to your bank account I dont think there is a limit and it only takes 1-2 businessdays.
