News update this group of casinos have abandoned Microgaming in the middle of the night without notice and switch to a new software(speculation is they own this themselves) called BetonSoft, which is a cheesy low class software. We had a strong feeling that they were behind the latest mailings of cds to players with invites to casinos such as Mandrian Palace and it turns out once again we were right to warn every Streaker off this new software that is coming to USA players in the snail mail. These casinos are NOT trustworthy do NOT support them!!! Don't take a chance of losing your hard earned money to crooks Streakers!!!

First they made it so loyal depositing players stopped receiving promotions or bonuses if they cashed out.

Now they make it so loyal hard working affiliates who brought them the customers are no longer going to get paid for doing so..

THE FIGHT IS ON!!!

Our official requests are straight forward

1. Affiliates MUST be paid for the life of ALL their existing players (US and World) at all casino brands. We STRONGLY urge that affiliates continue to receive the commissions due them from the Grand Prive casinos via the "new" Villa Fortuna program to make this an easy process. If an alternate process can be implemented faster that is fine also.

2. Player tracking and reporting for all existing players be accessible in real time to all affiliates.

3. Grand Prive/Villa Fortuna shall maintain a prompt payment schedule for affiliates and players as they have done in the past.

4. It is our suggestion/request that Irwin be retained as the primary affiliate program manager. We feel he knows our accounts and needs better than any potential replacement. Our community members are all comfortable working with him. While we cant presume to dictate staffing at Villa Fortuna we would ask that this request be honored.

5. We require a written and public response to these requests within 3 business days, if we don't recieve an official response during that period we will move forward with severe punitive actions which may include the following:

a) A formal complaint will be lodged with Microgaming with the request that the licensee be held accountable for the affiliate agreements made by the Grand Prive/Villa Fortuna Group.

b) A formal complaint and request for moderation will be filed with eCogra.

c) A formal complaint will be filed with the appropriate licensing authorities for the Grand Prive/Villa Fortuna casinos.

d) Press releases along with affiliate and player warnings will be issued to ensure everyone is aware of the now illegal and predatory practices of Grand Prive/Villa Fortuna.

e) Villa Fortuna will be banned from certification at CAP, appearances or entry at all CAP Events will be prohibitted. Advertising within CAP Magazine will be prohibitted.

f) We include full articles in CAP Magazine and complete reports of this incident on CAP TV and CAP and PAP Radio.

As stated previously, we sincerely hope that all this can be avoided and that Villa Fortuna/Grand Prive do the fair and honorable thing and respect the hard work and dedicatioon of their affiliate partners.

Danesh there is time to stop this ticking time bomb, lets do it now please.

Grand Privé Affiliates has acted responsibly and within the rights afforded by the Terms and Conditions. Grand Privé Affiliates has also given ample warning of its intentions to close GrandPrivé Affiliates on 1 December 2008.

Grand Privé casinos, however, remain open.

To move on to the issues surrounding Villa Fortuna Casino.

Please note that Grand Prive.com do not own this casino and that this is not a rebranding exercise. The situation is that we manage the Villa Fortuna Affiliate Program in terms of a partnership agreement with a European company.

We believe that future growth lies in Europe (Villa Fortuna Casino does not accept any bets from US-based players) and have encouraged all affiliates that we have a good relationship with and whom have a non US focused business to join Villa Fortuna Affiliates. Fortunately we have had a good response so far and most of our trusted affiliates have joined, and are already starting to deliver players and earn money.

We would appreciate your support in encouraging other affiliates to follow, and look forward to working together with familiar old faces (and hopefully some new ones) to build a reputable and solid business in an affable jurisdiction.

I've been following the Grand Prive thing with the guy from the APCW i think it is. The first ppl. i thought of was you guys because you seemed to give them quite a few chances over the years, esp. CGB etc. It's too bad they think they can just screw you over like this...

Right you are uni back in I think it was 06 when they started calling the players bonus whores and abusers just for collecting on the promos that they the casino was handing out to players we dropped them as sponsors. That don't mean much now to many but back then it was really different on these forums there were many of them that had these casinos as sponsors and that means a lot of competition against each other, we were the only forum to stand up for the players and drop these casinos! We thought about our members not our wallets and took a hit hard, we had to scramble to pay out cash contest and other expenses that go along with running a forum. Our members come first to us and we want them to be treated as we would expect to be treated as players!

Anyway now everyone can see this group was never honest, they don't and never will have any kind of integrity or ethics so your just plan silly if you continue to play at any of the casinos!
