Have you checked out the great BlackJack Tournaments going on at iNetBet? Log into the casino, click on table games, click on "21" Games, and then at the bottom of that list you will click on Blackjack Tournaments. You will then need to create a username for the tourneys and then look for a tournament you would like to play in!
