Intertops is not the Best Place to Play

Not sure if this is the right place, but I emailed InterTops and said I never get the promotions that I always see posted in the different gambling forums. I have deposited there alot (over $500) since February. "So just cancel my account" I wrote at the end. Pasted below is the quickest reply I have ever gotten from any casino support. Took less than a day. Oh, Well I'm moving to Nevada in June which is a banned state anyway. I have never received any promotional offers from them except the initial Rookie Raise match bonus about a year ago when I opened the account.

Sorry you feel that way EJ but intertops is one of our best sponsors here at the streak dont you think you jumped the gun alittle about just closing your account maybe you should of called or emailed them asking about promos I am sure they would have looked into for you

I don't understand your complaint? You are mad because you didn't get a promo from them? SO? I am sorry but I really don't understand how some people get the idea that casinos HAVE to offer them any free chips or include them in ANY promo they put out or give them ANYTHING other than being honest and trustworthy and paying them their winnings if they have followed all the rules.

Oh and by the way, you yourself have proven they have a GREAT customer service by stating how fast they replied! Their reply is also VERY polite considering what you said to them! INTERTOPS IS AWESOME!!

Thats sad EJReyna because Intertops is one of the best casinos I have ever had the pleasure of playing at and working with! They were one of the very few to stand by ALL their players when the ban thing took effect, they always come up with ways to help their players when it comes to deposit and payment methods. yeah so maybe they dont offer the BIGGEST and BEST promos but so what???? They more than make up for it in integrity!!​

What, does everyone seem to have a case of casino bashing? This is ridiculous. Intertops is and I repeat is one of the best. Not everyone gets promos. Perhaps you missed it. It's always your CHOICE how much you spend at an online casino. Just remember, land based casinos don't give any promos(ie. 100% match bonuses)

You have to understand, we come here and post our opinions but it's very hard for us when people,like yourself, come here and bash one of our Top Sponsors. All casinos have advantages and disadvantages. Like what CareyG was saying. What they may lack in one area, they gain in others.

I agree with what everyone said.. Intertops has stood by all USA customers and even if you move to Nevada that would still let you play because they stand by ALL USA customers..
Bonuses don't mean crap to me anymore as long as the casino pays out when I win
