In speaking with All Jackpots, I was informed that Jackpot Factory will be sending out mailers within the next few days, by regular mail and/or email, for the December bonuses.

I was talking to live chat at All Jackpots earlier and asked about the mailer while I was there. I was told that JPF was running a bunch of special promotions this month instead of sending out the mailer...... not sure if that's the case but that's what I was told.:iwnt

I was wondering if anyone did receive a Christmas bonus from JPF I did not and decided to ask chat for one and here is what they said:

I have noticed how some micros are very tight and some like VIllento and Rich Reels were nice. I have to say, if the micros that decide not to at least give a little prezzie, they will lose more than USA players. My thoughts anyways.

If you ask them to remove the 10% cash back promotion from your account they may be more willing to give you the bump ups or courtesy bonuses. I was having the same problem. They have become tighter with the bonuses though.

Don't feel bad because I asked Grand Mondial to bump them and they said, "Unfortunately your account does not warrant a topup at this stage, " HAHAHA it's okay and I let them know I was okay with that.... I'll deposit next week anyway...

I used to play JPF almost exclusively, and though I am certainly not a high-roller, I've deposited thousands there this year, and over the last nine or so years; much, much more. I've been a VIP for a few years now.

Last year JPF showered me with gifts at Christmas. Credits, gift certificates, presents delivered to my home. Then at New Year's I got a $250 credit bonus. This year they dried up. Even the land-based casinos do more for their players. Nothing, not a dime, for Christmas, and no free spins, either.

I thought it was because I'm in the U.S., but apparently they are dissing all players. This isn't sour grapes, just stating the facts, and expressing my disappointment with JPF. It's their decision, of course, just as it's mine to deposit at Micro sites that seem to appreciate their regular players more, like Villento brands.
