I used to play JPF almost exclusively, and though I am certainly not a high-roller, I've deposited thousands there this year, and over the last nine or so years; much, much more. I've been a VIP for a few years now.

Last year JPF showered me with gifts at Christmas. Credits, gift certificates, presents delivered to my home. Then at New Year's I got a $250 credit bonus. This year they dried up. Even the land-based casinos do more for their players. Nothing, not a dime, for Christmas, and no free spins, either.

I thought it was because I'm in the U.S., but apparently they are dissing all players. This isn't sour grapes, just stating the facts, and expressing my disappointment with JPF. It's their decision, of course, just as it's mine to deposit at Micro sites that seem to appreciate their regular players more, like Villento brands.

im also a vip in there group, but this christmas i was really disipointed, i have this year deposit way over 15 000 dollar and all i got was a small box off choclate whit 15 bites in, and i ask them if it was a joke but they say that they did not give any christmas bonuses this year, but in some chatroom i have see that somebody has get free spinns on the houes and i call them and ask if i have any but i did not, why???? if somebody is abel i think a vipplayer shuld be, or do i have wrong, im so mad at them now so i think i will stop playing, and i have also see that the wins are so mush lower now, before i have always won something after deposits over 2000 dollar but this year i have not won anything after deposit over 15 000 dollar, that was all from me.

It is very disturbing to know that when we deposit such large sums of money over the year that we're not compensated for our consistent loyalty by the casinos, indeed!

Perhaps a phone call to them would gain you something (maybe an oversight? it happens.) .... or perhaps just take your deposits to another casino that will comp you for your support.

Thanks for your answer, i have time to time ask my self why im still in jackpotfactory, but after 6 years and lots off deposits it is hard to try out something else. but i hope that it will be better in 2009. But i hope that they have something going on for new year, but im not sure but i hope.
