The new Live Help system is for the birds! The other day I was No. 15 in the queue, and I still didn't believe it would take as long as it did, imagining that there were multiple operators, but I was wrong. Yesterday I think it was a half hour until I got a response. Anyone else? I contact Live Help to get my cash back bonus. Wish there was a way it would appear in "Coupons" after you've played your deposit. huhhwtff

hopefully its an issue with the new software and they can get a handle
on it, I rarely use live support, the few times I have, I havent had any problems
but it hasnt been for a while

Oh I forgot to mention now they give you "tips" on the hot games in the Live Chat. I am really suspect of that. Why would a casino want me to win? I've followed the tips with mixed results!::slot

Oh my gosh. 4 a.m. tonight. I have to vent! Playing Lucky Club, bust my deposit. Contact Live Chat for cash back bonus. Twenty minutes! I surf Facebook while I wait now to be patient. The operator finally responds, "how are you." I don't respond this time, I'm annoyed and can't play along. Now not only do they ask you how you are, but how the games are going and all this nonsense!

Well the OP says, since you didn't respond we are ending the chat. Please feel free to contact us... Okay. No problem. But guess what? They DON"T credit the cash back. You know the reason I wrote, the text that I sent them. I have to respond how I am for you to credit my cash back??? This is insane! Now I am on hold again! huhhwtff:ahhhhh5645

I don't know what to say, I do know that all the RTG's use an outsourced chat assistant on the weekends & evening. It is a service they pay out for. I will suggest they look into this but you have to remember they are
literally sourcing calls from SEVERAL casinos at the same time so there is going to be a wait.n Maybe after waiting that long you could have just responded when they asked. I know other casinos don't even let you
contact live chat for cash back, they make you wait a week or a month then collect it all at once.

Oh wow. That WOULD stink. But I have been using Live Help for years and I know about the multiple casinos, but it's
never been this bad. It all started with the new software. In any case, you don't have to do/say anything it's just nice to have a place to vent to fellow online gamblers.
