You know those pudding cups that come four in a pack of already made pudding?

Well get ome of the wooden popsiclesticks (I bought mine at Wal-Mart and some at the Dollar store) Anyways carefully push the wooden sticks through the lid and freeze at least overnight. Pudding pops! I used the sugar free ones.

I also tried it with the sugar free jello cups and it was good too!

You can make them the old fashion way by making pudding, but this is so much easier!

I made my best investment ever for frozen treats a few weeks back,
I like to check out QVC & HSN online, and ordered a Ninja (the medium
size one) for my hubby who is now canning fruits and veggies from the
garden........in the video they show putting frozen cut-up fruit into
the Ninja with milk, any kind of milk, and OMG it DOES make the best
smoothies! You can do veggies for smoothies too, if you like them. It
was the best investment I have made in a long time, and on easy pay,
only $28/month for 3mos. no interest! I LOVE it!!!

Sorry, not advertising for them, but it makes EVERYTHING in the kitchen
easier for me!

:PD :bravo

Smoothies are real popular. I have not had any as I prefer to eat the fruit alone. That is a great tip though :thank you

home made pudding, juice and fruit pops are great. Use any small containers , ice trays/ small cups/ whatever you have (you can buy Popsicle trays at the dollar store too) then add pudding mix, or any juice, or even chopped up fruits to the trays and freeze. kids really like making their own and the activity can pass some time too.
