Is anyone else having trouble getting games like Rat Pack, Age of Discovery etc to load on Microgaming Casinos? I get an loading error message on Red Flush, Grand Mondial and Rich Reels. even tried to uninstall and redownload

No probs here (yet)... are they perhaps working behind the screens to improve game play? I hope they do, and that everything will work smoothly again as with the old version of the software.

One casino told me it's because USA players can't play new games.. I informed them that these aren't new games so that isn't the problem

No I haven't gotten any errors, but they run jerky and erratically, and look bad. Also I'm able to run in full screen now - which I prefer, but the old slots are still slower.

I can play those games, no problem.
Sorry, I don't have a clue what could be wrong..
But they look awful indeed, like almost all the 25 liners.
Games like Celtic Crown and Jolly Jester for example are just not fun playing anymore.
The 9-liners, Thunderstruck, Tally-Ho, Adventure Palace etc. play fine, just enable Quickspin and minimize/maximize the screen after changing games.
Also minimize/maximize after a freespinround to prevent the games from slowing down.

Sorry I cannot help you Iataz, maybe its indeed another MG dirty trick towards USA players?
Can you play Mad Hatters?
For some reason that game is also listed as a 'new release' (??)

Unfortunately, Microgaming slots are the only ones that give me decent playtime AND regular cashouts.
At Rivals I can get decent playtime by taking a huge bonus, but beating the playthrough on one of those is like climbing the Mount Everest, naked.
Not to mention RTG, just played back a balance of $120.- on 0.40/0.50 bets, the first freespinround came when I was down at $2.-
Paid the lifechanging sum of $6.40!!!

I(EVERYONE) know exactly what you are saying...totally rigged I say! Gameplay and symbols DO change during free spins features and depending how much you bet...if you play $1/ spin for 1 hour and then change to $2/spin "something" IS changing and you get totally different payouts...most often less big ones and any possible free spin will pay in peanuts compared when to whne you bet for ex. 20 cent/ spin...counted in coins..

the only problem i've had lately playing MG slots is the games just keep spinning and never stops. so i close the game and open again and continue playing! (usually works) just seems like everytime MG upgrades or adds new games their software is sooo different! in my opinion MG knows how we luv playing their games and will continue to, no matter what they do, or prevent us from playing. I want the software back to how it was before November 2009.
Thats when troubles started.
We NEVER had ANY problems before, MG was rocksolid, superstable and superfast.
Rival had hickups, RTG was deadslow, MG ruled.
Now its the other way round. Rival has no more hickups and plays smooth, RTG is now faster than ever and MG totally SUCKS!
Each time I open GoWild the casino starts downloading the entire gamelibrary again.
I have no idea why, but I cant stop it.
Iataz can no longer play 2 of her favourites.
Many of the older games are so slow and sluggish they are unplayable.
And thats just a handfull of the countless bugs and errors.



And all because of Hellboy??
Whats so special about Hellboy?

Why is the entire gamingcommunity raving about this slot??
The graphics are, moa, avarage to say the least, we've seen that type of bonusround before (Magic Spell) and TR2 also has a 'super mode', so thats nothing new too.
Its not a bad game, but its far overrated imo.

Iataz, I really don't know what to do in your case, its just so weird.
I'm not a PC wizard, but I know something and can usually fix most problems, but it seems to be something out of your control, as it occurs on both your home pc and your laptop.
Thats what puzzles me.
It cannot be a corrupt file because of that, and if even a redownload and re-install doesnt solve it..questionmarks all around my head.
I would email the casino and ask for technical support, maybe they can forward it to MG to look into it, as it seems to be on their side, not yours.

One thing, have you actually downloaded the casinosoftware or do you install straight from the net?
Its best to really download first to your harddrive, then open and install the file from your HD, never choose to install straight from the web.


Last thing, if any of you Americans here are craving for the new games, you can have mine for free!
I don't want them anymore.
But if Thunderstruck2 comes out, forget it, gonna keep that one, sorry..
