if you get an error like this offer can not be redeemed at the point with error number 203, just log out and wait about an hour and try again it should work then, at least it did for me,
im not sure if its a glitch or rivals system as this has happened a couple of times before to me, maybe there system needs to clarify who signs up and there not bonus abusers before they allow any free chips to be claimed, thats why it wont allow you to claim them right away,

i think the chat rep got it wrong, you are allowed one account at each rival casino, maybe john could clarify this,

grrr No bonus offers at this time. Rivals really confuse me. I don't understand some allow bonuses some don't. I do deposit regularly at some of them.
