Hi all Im new here. I took the free chip as downloaded by the link in OPs post and I was very lucky to keep winning and meet the wagering requirements. I ended up with $250 to cash out after taking my bonus money out. I sent in my docs and they verified but now they say I have to make deposit to cash out the money. Is this normal ? I thought it was free chance to win.

Hey trayber! Yes, some casinos require a deposit as additional verification. You can cash out your deposit + winnings immediately though.

Software Problem?

Is anyone having a problem with their software not loading? I can't even get their chat to load to ask them if they are having issues or if it's me. Although I can load other RTG's!! :O
