Question about RTG's

We learned (some the hard way!) that if you wager more than $1 while playing with free or bonus money you can forfeit your right to withdraw.

My question is: What about games like Shopping Spree, or Three Stooges? The minimum bet is over $2. The terms say you can play ALL slots, but will playing THESE slots violate the bonus terms?

I've tried asking two casinos and can't get a straight answer.

When you redeem a coupon it usually will show you the slots you can play. It will tell you to click on things like Real Series Slots and then will show which ones do not count (usually you cant play progressives I believe) If you do not find the information you need for your coupon, you need to contact support about the specific coupon you are using as each has different terms and conditions.

I really have never heard that either, but it may be true at some casinos. That is why we always stress to ALWAYS read the terms and conditions of each bonus you accept!

That rule was introduced a few months ago, I remember someone posting about it at the time. Yes I wondered about paying the slots that were over $1 myself but I rarely play them so just haven't worried about checking.

The coupon terms are usually in the cashier, just check as Judy suggested, many won't let you play the progressives, others do. Personally I'm afraid to play the progressives with bonus money, as almost every RTG has a max cashout on the free chip! I'd have a heart attack if I won big and couldn't cash it in... I try to win at Video poker, make playthrough and withdraw... then redeposit and no worries... course that's lots easier said than done lol

I totally agree Labell, I never play progressives on free money either, the way my luck is I would hit it and only be able to cashout 60 dollars then I would have to do this

Yes. InetBet has the rule and they confirmed in an email to me. Not sure of the other RTG's.

That's the thing Judy, it says REAL SERIES SLOTS, and Three Stooges and Shopping Spree fall under that category. To tell you the truth, I think they really don't want us to know, because if we go ahead and play and try to cashout they can pull that card out on us. "Well, you wagered over a dollar."

But if you click on Real Series Slots in the cashier after redeeming a coupon, it drops down to show you which Real Series Slots count. That I do know.

I fully agree! I know that some MGs stipulate that a single bet cannot be in excess of 20% of the bonus money, but as far as I know, none of the MG casinos that we promote have this rule - but what the **** is this? Thanks for letting us know Luck3Sevens!

I have heard that before mentioned here from a member but I dont recall the casino. I play all the time with bets over $1. And in the rare instance that I cash out, I never have a problem. That is just the most ridiculous rule I have ever heard and would be quite pissed if I was denied a cashout due to that!!

Okay I got it, thanks to JudyB! I used the Twitter coupon and got the info.

You CAN play the $2 games, BUT you can only wager $1. So that means you need to reduce amount of lines or coins. Take note peeps!

I looked at the list in the software at Jackpot Capital and I don't think that means it's a limit.

If you look at the top of the list, it says:

amount wagered dollar for dollar "meaning credited towards your wagering reqs" I do not interpret(sp?) it to be a limit. Like if you play poker on some bonuses sometimes they say: You will recieve a 50% credit towards wagering instead of the full dollar.
so, If you bet $1 on a slot, it counts as $1 towards your wagering

If you bet $1 on poker, it counts as 50c towards your wagering.


That's the way I read it.
