RED FLUSH EMAIL - Screen Resolution Issues?

Have you encountered Screen Resolution Issues?

Is your casino just not looking the way it used to? Do the graphics seem poor? Are you having issues getting the right screen resolution for your casino? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you will be pleased to know that you are not alone.

Microgaming has introduced Multi-Player Gaming, and with it comes the opportunity for enhanced games with superior graphics and increased functionality within the casino. However, this does mean that the current games within the casino will always appear to be of a lesser quality than any of the games released from this point forward. There are ways to improve your resolution and make sure that you still get the best from Red Flush at all times:

It is suggested that you set your resolution to 1024x768 or higher
If you can´t run on 1024x768, then it is suggested that you view the casino in full screen

If at any time you encounter difficulties with the setting of your screen resolution, please don´t hesitate to contact our support team at Red Fush. They are fully aware of the situation and are there to help you.

I run on 1680x1050 res. and still have problems....even in fullscreen all text, buttons and slots that belongs to the casino software is blurry...only the webpage(the built in webbrowser) and promo text inside the casino are sharp when it has nothing to do with the actual casino software which is faulty.

It probably doesnt matter what we do, problems is due only to incompetent programming and lack of testing before releasing this "upgrade". I guess the casino software is too old in bottom and when they think they just can install new technolgy over this old software conflicts will occour... I belive this old casino software are not bulit to run on higher resolutions..they clearly just have zoomed in the software to make it larger...that explains the blurryness...all buttons and casino symbols have to be re-designed from scratch to actaully be large and sharp at the same time...they have failed bigtime! LOL!

I can't get mine to run in full screen no matter what I try. And since Microgaming has banned us in the US from even getting the new games, looks like we're resigned to accepting terrible screens ;(

I thank Red Flush for caring enough about us to send the info (although I surely wish they'd sent it to each player directly), but it doesn't sound promising for the future.

Yep, you hit the nail on the head there Ceks, they just did a cheap zoom to enlarge the view, can't believe they thought this could work.
Do they have a bunch of monkeys progamming their software?

So now we can play 5 games at the same time.
But we can only see one.
Am I the only one who thinks this is a complete and total CRAP funktion?
First of all, I think anyone who feels the need to play 5 slots simultaniously has a serious gamblingproblem.
I mean, c'mon, you sit there watching your balance jump up and down like crazy and you have no friggin' idea what is actally hitting on what slot, whats the fun of that??
Doesn't one slot suck us dry fast enough already??

And why do WE, the PAYING CUSTOMERS have to test-drive this new software? Don't they have any test teams?

I refuse to deposit at any casino that has the new software.

Guess I'll have to re-open my Casino Rewards accounts soon.
