I never get anything other than the match bonuses from this group and they don't like to pay either. I withdrew on June 29th and was supposed to get my check by courier mail which I would recieve in 5-10 working days and I was told several times my check was sent only to get an email that they had technical difficulties and that my check was never sent and they reissued it. then I had a recieved another email stating that it was sent to my bank which I don't have and they know that I don't use banking I use gift cards for security reasons, so it was reissued again and here I sit still waiting for this so called check almost a month later. This was rich reels sister casino Villento. I know of someone else who also has not recieved their check I am just starting to feel leary about them. I also had asked for a comp for the inconvience on my part and they would not even offer me a cent. Not even for my birthday.

Hey Tiff,

I know this can be frustating but believe me when I tell you they do pay...

I cashed out almost 10k from them a couple of years back and it took a couple tweks and tinks but I got it...they arent delaying not to pay you but occasionally with first withdrawls there are a couple of hoops...

If possible try getting a Quicktender acct. It is very secure and the withdrawl process is pretty good.

Checks take awhile sorry but that is the way it is, they have to clear customs and all that fun stuff.

I understand that because of being in the US that it may take longer, but when you are told 5-10 business days and then you are reassured several times on several occasions that it had been sent and it wasn't is what I don't understand 5-10 business days is a far cry from 1 month and 2 days. And in my mother case she was sent a check that would have reached her in 21 business days which was this past tuesday, she had called and they said they would have a manager call her in the AM and they never did, she checked her email and it stated that they had technical difficulties and it was not sent it took them a month to figure that out. Her withdrawl was on the 26th of june. Regardless I closed my account with them. But thanks to all who replied I do have some hope that I will receive my winnings from the feedback from others thank streakgaming.

The first cashout will take the longest, after that the process will be much faster and always make sure you talk to someone at the casino who actually knows how the cashouts are processed.
Alot of times it will be someone in the finance dept not someone in customer service

This thread has been derailed and Tazzie has been sent the casinos response I will not post your business here but she will send you a pm your check should be there Friday, I just wish people would tell the ENTIRE story before posting public on a good casino.

I wasn't trying to be negative I was trying to get help and if I would have found a complaints forum it would have went in there.

I had a good experience with Rich Reels, I cashed out $1000 and received it in less than a week with no problem and I am in Canada, although it does get sent to proc cyber in Toronto. Transaction was very smooth and quick!
