Is it only me haveing major problems with the promotions in the cashier at many Rival casinos?
All kinds of free chips are shown in my cashiers but when I tried to claim them an error incident with a reference # comes up and when asking Live support the say ive already taken part of the promotions in the past.
And DavincisGolds new promotions "The Contest"( http://www.davincisgold.com/thecontest.php ) which should automaticly show next level/promotion dont show up either and they dont seem to have a clue of what promotions thay running at the moment and I have to send a link to the website to refresh their memory...
Mm...it sooo exciting to find a free chip in the cashier and then be denied time after time....
