Royal Joker Casino account LOCKED!!

Well, today I logged into my Royal Joker Casino account, and I was locked out. After speaking to customer service, they told me they made a decision to lock all accounts that have not acessed their accounts before the end of October. I have acessed my account I told them, but then they proceeded to tell me that since I had not deposited yet they were locking my account and there is nothing I can do about it. I believe this is a jackpot factory brand of casino, and I was a frequent depositor there until I started to not recieve bonuses from them anymore becausae I was an American player. Just seems a little fishy since I just played my 5 free spins yesterday, then was locked out right after.

Did this happen to anyone else? Its a shame, because I really like these casinos, and I do deposit at casino frequently, just not that particular one yet. I am not rich and can not deposit at all the casinos all the time!:shucks

I can still log in RJ as of this am., who knows about tomorrow... ( i'm from California.. ) and i don't think they're part of the Jackpot Factory group...

i have read in another forum that they r now part of jackpot factory group

but i am from usa and i played there all week long up until yesterda...so i will see what happens

Just to set the record straight, I was a frequent depositor with jp factory casinos, but have not yet deposiited with Royal Joker. Just seems weird to me that they would lock my account just after I use my free 5 spins. At this point, it does not really matter, because I will not deposit there now. I am happy depositing with the other Microgaming casinos that have been treating very well. Crazy Vegas, Royal Vegas & Inetbet(not Microgaming) are casinos I have deposited at recently, and they have all been very kind, so why would I deposit at a casino that locked me out for not depositing?

Thanks to everyone who wants to help out, but at this point, I want nothing to do with them.

I am curious though if anyone else who did not deposit there get locked out? Strange way to get someone to play at your casino!

Royal Joker is not a Jackpot Factory Casino hon. No matter what you hear they are still under Intertops control. So if they say it is because you have not deposited, it has nothing to do with any of your Jackpot Factory accounts, sorry.

I do not know of Royal Joker locking accounts due to not depositing. This must be an error and we will look into this for you.

Thanks for looking into it CareyG. I spoke to support online and also on the phone, and was told the same thing. They have decided to close all the accounts that have not deposited by the end of october. All they said is there is nothing I can do about it.

My account is still open but I did make deposits prior to the date you stated. I do know that if anyone can figure out this mess for you its the staff here at Streak Gaming they know their stuff when it comes to casino anything the are fabulous..

Don't feel bad, they got me too. Sent them e-mails and they responded that if I wanted to know the reason that I was locked out that I would need to call them on the phone ..... I didn't.... at this point i don't care, if they can't give me a written answer i just decided to delete them and move on. ( and I did deposit before the end of October)

Weird, why are they locking out so many potential customers?
I really don't get that.
I mean, end of October, thats 6 weeks!
If all casino's where I haven't made a deposit the past 6 weeks would lock my account, well, that would definately save me a hell of alot of harddrivespace, lol.
My account is still open tough my last deposit was in September..

Btw, I had to re-download the casino yesterday, as I've recently re-installed XP, and on their homepage its clearly stated that they are a member of the Jackpot Factory Group.(??)

At this point, I am totally over it, but here is the email I recieved from them.............

That is very odd I deposited there only once and that was in march. What is so strange about this is that RJ is very generous I receive bonuses all time then there are casinos like Rich Reels and Villento where I deposit more than I care to admit and never get any bonus.
