Ok we are not even in November yet and where I live (PA) we are under a winter storm warning for 8 to 12 inches of snow- Unbelievable!! Love the snow but way to early. I had plans to power wash my house tomorrow but I guess that is not happening.

I live on the west coast and I did see something about the east coast getting ready for snow. Sucks that it is coming so early. I heard we are supposed to get lots of snow this winter. I really hate the 90 - 100 weather so I am not going to complain (YET) :scaredsily55353

Yep, we are in for it here in NJ as well. Esp. where I live. I am NOT happy about it. :(
Tomorrow night is one of our shows (a Murder Mystery) and we can not reschedule it as it is a Halloween themed one. I am all excited, I get to play a wacky psychic. Lots of fun.....but if this snow blows in, we are screwed!

Yeah, this is sucking big time! It makes my joints just SCREAM when the temp drops below 50. Guess I'll be in bed for a week or so.

My husband was talking to friend in New York last night and they said that they were expecting 10 inches of snow today but that Sunday was supposed to be back in the 50's. It's supposed to be a messy time for them. We live in mid Ohio and could see the storm on the weather map last night hitting the eastern part of Ohio and PA and West Virginia. I'm really dreading the cold and snow. It's beautiful to look at when your inside but I hate getting out in it. I can't believe that it's almost November.....you know what they say about time flying when your having fun.....wait a minute....where's the fun???? Stay Safe Everyone!!!

domesticated and a hsn watcher? WOW! lol coffee it's always the great guys who never want to get married ): or so I've been told, I'm still with the original model... married 31 years last week....

Cash Diva that sounds like so much fun, I wish I could be there too!

Motel Prisoner, I well identify with pain from cold. I even bought one of those snuggies, and have a thermal shawl for my shoulders... But this year I've been very very fortunate, after extreme pain daily for three years, I endured PT last spring, moving the ribs nearly did me in, I had spasms in my arm pits and shoulder blades... But then in July I learned massage for the shoulder spasms, and KNOCK ON WOOD, I'm actually going without any ibuprofen! I used to be on Vicoden, muscle relaxers etc... I hope your winter is mild and your pain minimal...

Just got power back this afternoon. We lost it around 7 on Saturday. That means we've been w/out electric, heat, water(had to get water from the lake for the potty!!.....no, that does not mean we were using the lake as a potty!lol),no cell service for a while, and of course no tv or internet.
I'm keeping those still with out power in my thoughts.
This one was a doozie!
