Maybe this has all been said/expressed before so forgive me for repeating the sentiments.

This new blow to online gambling with All Access is really a bitter bitter pill to swallow. How dare the government, banks and credit card companies tell me how to spend my money! Shouldn't the allegiance of the banks and credit card companies be to the people who keep them in business?

So we cannot gamble online but we can spend our last dime in land based casinos or playing the state run lotteries right? By the way, isn't the money generated from state run lotteries supposed to go to support education? With the amount of money that people spend playing the lottery these kids should be eating freakin' filet mignon for lunch. Where is that money going!? How about putting in the energy in investigating THAT instead of hassling online gambling patrons!!!

How can we protest? Who should we lobby? Can we all cancel our All Access cards and tell them exactly why!! :ahhhhh5645 :chaingun123

I think we all feel your frustrations Luck but it is not really the credit card companies or banks fault they are just compling with the law that went into effect June 1st regarding payment processors. In fact NS stuck it out longer than any of the other ones out there so I say Kudos to them. I feel that changes are on the way and that our freedom will be re-stored. Just hang in there. Of course you can always write to your state's representatives and let them know how you feel.

Could it be that because of the Finance Crises they want the gambling money to stay in the country and not be given away to the World Wide Web..

My opinion: So many people were against on-line gambling because they said that it too easy for people to get hooked and that children would have access to gambling since it is on-line. However now that they see there is a potential winfall (taxes) so many people that were against it now changed their minds. Go figure. Its always about the all mighty dollar. What really pisses me off is how land base casinos were against on line gambling and paid big money to our govt. officials to lobby against it and now they are lining up to get a piece of the action. Again the all mighty dollar. I know that I will never gamble at Harrahs on line EVER!
