I have had an account with Sportsbook.com for over 10 years. I have not used it often as I have always preferred Intertops, but occasionally I will make a deposit and have cashed out a few times with no real problems, other than the fact that they are quite slow.
I found out that they had recently changed from the Cake poker network to Merge Gaming, so I thought I'd log in and check it out out of curiosity. Upon trying to log in, I received an error message that my account had been suspended. I figured it was no big deal, they just want me to resubmit some documents or something, I've been through that before. But I was NOT prepared for what they gave as the reason for the suspension:
I really have absolutely no idea who this person they claim I'm related to is! I'm just glad I didn't have a balance in my account or they might have taken it to pay off this guy's account!
