Hi all, i got today this email and i think this important for a lot of us:

This past weekend marked Buzzluck's one year anniversary. And with the passing of time comes the inevitabiliy of change.



Buzzluck is moving to new owners, with new plans and goals and aspirations.



And while they've acquired the brand, and the website, they don't get you, our valued players.



So we are winding down the operations of Buzzluck.com as we know it and ask that you withdraw

any remaining balance in your account on or before the 27th of March.



Thanks again for your involvement in this ambitious adventure.



Safe to say we did live up to at least one goal:

Thanks for letting everyone know josie. Get your money out if you have any in there guys.

This is one of the reasons we watch which casinos we support (Buzzluck was NOT one of them.) So many casinos pop up out of nowhere and the people running them usually have no clue what they are doing. They fold up fast and usually you lose any money you have in there.

Please stick to Casinos that have proven themselves to be honest and long lasting casinos!

I can say I am not surprised much .I was sure this was going to happen. I used to play at this casino 6 months ago until one day I accidentally saw an update to their Terms and Conditions excluding a lot countries ,mine as well too .Not a single e-mail was received to notify me about that nor even a message,no warning at all.I had already been allowed to deposit by that time,never mind .Very shocked I went to support and asked why they didnt informed me about this(they have to) and why I had been allowed to deposit while was not going to be able to withdraw any winnings. The woman from the support put me on hold and then came a man (could be pit-boss) and in a few words said that they are sorry about that .I asked once again why they didnt informed me about such crucial rule - he didnt said anything ,then he apologized a little more ,told me that my account had just been closed and wished me good day. :sleazysmile After that story I felt that this casino is not going to live long.Now I see I was right. Absolutely the same thing(excluding jurisdiction suddenly and still allowing to deposit) happened to me also in golden lounge casino but the pit boss was extremely rude told me there was an error and they didnt catch my IP which is a JOKE :) closed my account BUT at least ,after like 1 hour of arguing he suddenly told me that the system will be able to return my deposit back ! :thumbsup What a happy end it was for me , got my 50 bucks and played Now both of the casinos were closed and we should hope there wont be more fails like that.

Yes this is as Judy said why we are so careful now with new casinos that open in the last year we have seen many many close down!

... and it was also one of the few RTG's that did not accept American players...
