I read on another forum that apparently, existing USA players at Casino Rewards can open a new account at another casino within the Casino Rewards Group by using the same email address and choosing any country other than the USA in the drop down menu when registering a new account, I quote:

Update: you must have had an account since 1 Sept. 2008 (or before) - or you will not be eligible!
