I really really like Cherry Red Casino, but I never get any emails from them and apparently they don't get any from me. I've sent them my faxback form twice now and nothing...I went and asked live support and they said to try sending it from a different email address, so I did. Nothing. I keep asking them why I never get an answer, but I never get an answer Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

I am not sure hon, do they have a 1 800 number for support to call them? Try that and talk to them

Try giving them a call and see if maybe then can help you hon.

They're really nice on the phone, call them as Judy suggests. I never get promotional email from them and I deposit quite often. But I only use the phone when I need assistance. Good luck
