Just a little better today, I also seen when I sent an email with my comments to [email protected] I got an error email in my inbox but it had Grandmondialsupport, but I did not send it to Grandmondial but right before that I just hit replyfrom email and it went to promotions department so if anyone is having trouble, just send it to promotions department, or let them know about the error.

Just a heads up if you have send in to support for this 2,000 green point opinion contest, contact them and see if they sent you in for the green points, I had to call and my emails were just sitting there, so contact support with this inquiry. And support will forward the email to promotions and you should wait 24 hrs and check accounts. :streakchips
