Healthy Cocktails

Ok I know... isn´t a dessert but I think that could be interesting create a post about this.

I put the first:

COCKTAIL CREAMY

When?


It is ideal for those interesting conversations that go on while you're waiting for dinner.


Ingredients?


7 cl mango juice
7 cl pineapple juice
7 cl passion fruit
7 cl of cream
A pinch of nutmeg striped


Preparation?


Pour the mango juice first, then pineapple, passion fruit and cream. Shake well in a shaker, always serve it in martini glass. To decorate, add nutmeg.

Another healthy cocktail

Sweet Cocktail


When?


For after dinner. Take it with time and in good company.


Ingredients?


200 ml of pineapple juice
14 cl of cream
14 cl coconut milk
7 cl of coconut water
Pinch of dried coconut


Preparation?


Mix it up, shake in a shaker and added a little desiccated coconut

Cocktail: yogurt and lemon


Ingredients:

1 plain yogurt,

1/2 cup of milk (as in yogurt cup),

1/2 cup lemon juice (measured in the glass of yogurt),

1 generous tablespoon of honey,

crushed ice.


Preparation:

Mix the lemon with milk and beat well, add the yogurt, stirring continuously and gradually, once dissolved, add the honey and beat again. Fill the shaker with ice, add the mixture, stir and serve with a cherry or fruit color.

Cocktail: Energy

When?


In the morning or afternoon.


Ingredients:


1 apple
1 bunch of white grapes
1 pear
1 beet


Directions:


Spend all the ingredients of a juice extractor.


In the case of not having, blend all with a little water and filtered through a sieve.

Cocktail: Aromatic

Ingredients:


½ cup of blackberries
20 mint leaves
3 tomatoes tree
Brown sugar to taste


Directions:


Peel tomatoes


Blend with remaining ingredients and water.


Filter it and serve

Cocktail: Vitamin

Ingredients


3 carrots
½ teaspoon grated ginger
3 oranges
3 sticks of lemongrass


Directions:


Squeeze orange juice and filter it.


Immediately mix with the juice of carrots, which previously went through the juicer with ginger and two sticks of lemongrass


If you have the machine, blend all together with a little water and filter.

Cocktail: Digestive

Ingredients:


1 cup milk (whole or lactose-free)
1 banana
2 tablespoons honey
1 vanilla bean
12 black cherries


Directions:


Remove the seeds to the vanilla pod and add them to the milk.


Then remove the seeds to the cherries and blend with vanilla milk and banana peel.


Serve and garnish with a cherry.

Healthy healthy!!!

Ingredients


4 lemons
15 spinach leaves
½ cucumber (optional)
1 kiwifruit
20 mint leaves
Sugar to taste


Directions:


Blend the spinach with half a glass of water for two minutes, filter and reserve.


Then peel the cucumber and kiwi and leads to a blender with the sugar, the lemon juice, chlorophyll from spinach and enough ice.


Stir for more than three minutes, serve and garnish with mint leaves.


Finally garnish with a sprig of lemongrass.
