More good news. InetBet just changed their credit card limit from $2 to $10! For a cheapskate like me that's devastating! LOL I play little amounts but I actually deposit often so it adds up.

I am sorry, but I gotta say I understand this move totally. It does cost them to do this stuff and a $2 deposit does not seem worth the hassle.

just putting my 2 cent worth in, what does it really cost them Judy? to process the $2 or $5 deposit since they charge the players the cost of the transaction.


Me personally, you have to be one lucky person to win of $2-$5 i'm sure it can happen, but what are the chances? Not great if you don't get decently lucky.

Yes, but with the hoops the casinos have to jump through to allow US players to deposit...............think about it Use my wallet stills allows a minimum of $1

Here's what they told me and I completely understand now. Check out the bold sentence. I asked if this was per card or per casino but I did not get a reply yet.

This was not something we put in place by choice.
You might want to question your governments recent anti gaming policies/laws if you are looking for a reason for this.

In order to still be able to allow any deposits for you (at all) we have had to use/find different processors. These will not show as gaming but they also have stricter requirements. One of these is that there has to be a minimum deposit amount - also clients can only make 15 deposits via card a month.

I am sorry about that but if you want to be able to deposit at all via a credit card directly then this is the minimum. We have worked very hard to make the recent laws as hassel free as possible. I am sorry that you cannot deposit very small amounts at this time. However we can still accomodate deposits unlike some of your otehr examples.

There are however lower limits on the online wallets such as Quicktender
You can also now use our new wallet that can be funded via a credit card MypaylinQ

Hm...what have the US goverment to do with my accoutn at iNetBet? My swedish goverment have not force iNetBet to raise their CC deposit limit to $10 from $2.....but now I have $10 min. limit too.

Well, Ive used NETELLER for a long time now...10 years and there have been a $10 limit for that always...I wish there really was a lower limit for NETELLER deposits, at least $5 like at Getminted Casino for ex.

Wow...things are really strange in the online gambling business these days.

I dont know what a "chargeback" is...but iNetBet manager told me a year ago they have to pay a $50 fee for each chargeback a player do nomatter how big or small a CC deposit is...so if a player make many $2 deposits and do chargeback on all tehre is many mnay $50 fees for iNetBet.......

So, I think by raising the limit from $2 to $10 iNetBet will cut their costs by up to 500%....but in reality maybe 100-200%. (When the chargebacks made on $10 or more will be the same)

And since Im not sure of what a chargeback is Im dont know what Im talking about do I? But it sounds like it make sence......I go to sleep now! Nite!
