InetBet problem after jackpot win

I won a very small progressive jackpot at InetBet of $145 of which I only cashed out $80 after completing the deposit bonus playthrough.
I got a congratulations email and then shortly after an email from the accounting department (below). Each time I deposit, I have used one of the deposit bonuses, but now I get this email stating that this is bonus abuse. It is not in the T&C and all along I felt I was following the rules. I have lost much more than I have ever withdrawn, my guess is that the jackpot win caused a accounting review and this is all that they could come up with.
What are your thoughts?

We have today paid the withdrawal request that you made earlier this morning.

It is with regret that I have to inform you that our accounts department have placed your account into the Bonus exclusion category.

You have, since joining iNetBet continually availed of bonus's that we send out to reward our regular players, but you do not play unless it is bonus advantage play.
In fact you have never deposited without claiming a bonus.

We have no problem with a player claiming every coupon that we offer, however we do expect some non bonus play as well.

I must therefore confirm that unless we see a change in your pattern of play i.e. bonus free playing, we will be denying any future bonus's that you try to redeem.

This is not an action that we take lightly, however continual misuse of the bonus program seriously effects our ability to reward our regular players.

Well, since you asked our thoughts... I see where you're coming from and the casino.

Even though it's not in the T&C's and people can argure,(we've heard it here many many times) casinos should not offer a bonus if they don't want you to take it.
Kinda sticky but they said it here- "We have no problem with a player claiming every coupon that we offer, however we do expect some non bonus play as well."

(Personally- you could have all mine- I never take them, don't like restrictions on games I can play, or the playthru)

I can see how you'd be pissed. But, I think they are and were really profesional with thier email. They didn't deny your win, (not a smarmy casino) and did explain exactly why they're removing you (temporaly, if you choose) from bonus's until you deposit- I don't know... a couple times w/out a bonus?

If you still decide to play there, then send a note when you deposit, bonus free. I don't know of ANY other RTG's that give out the free chips they do, I know they have lots of bonus's, but like I said, I don't play them.

Thanks Liz, that is pretty much what I would have said. We have had this discussion in the Rival threads. They are only saying what Vixen has been saying about these bonuses. They are great to take, but don't use them every time you deposit. I think they handled this very well, you don't usually hear this from iNetBet.

I have read about this a few times lately with inet. I can see both sides of the issue. I take advantage of alot of their bonuses but I also deposit like crazy without bonuses. They are very fair, just make a few deposits bonus free (who knows you might win big right away and be glad you didn't take a bonus) I am sure they will allow you to claim them again. Good luck!

I'm like you Liz, I don't often use bonuses, cos you can bet your bottom dollar the minute you do you have a win and then can't make play through, and that really annoys me.

I think its nothing strange to be excluded from the best match bonuses for a short period of time when you are a BIG WINNER and like BCZOOM513 always have claimed a bonus. And as long as the casino dont change any withdrawal limits and so on...

BUT, its always scary to get these kind of mails AFTER a possible withdrawal, everything is OK until you make a withdrawal...and I understand BCZOOM have lost more than he/she deposited and I actually dont know if it says anything about its abuse to redeem a coupon at every deposit in the T&C but I doubt it. RTG match bonuses seem to work for everyone always, maybe they should have some kind of filter that make each match bonus availible to the right players. Its not up to the player to guess the rules. Its 2009 and its easy to program the software so it makes it impossible to break the bonus rules. And when they send out a mail like that to a player after a small $80 withdrawal and when the player seem to have deposited more than he/she have cashed out I think its quite ridicoulus. Also the player need to fight the wager requirements on each bonus before a possible withdrawal, that is a big advantage for the casino.

At least this casino can be trusted when it comes to withdrawals.

Hi all! I want to say something. Exactly 3 years ago this past April I won a jackpot at Inetbet..Hit the 5 puddings for $2,600.00 ..Posted on a the forum of the "Exact same situation" streakrockssss and not one reply from any forum..Inetbet told me my account would be "under review" until further notice then they will let me know if I can use a bonus. I have tried recently to use a coupon..."coupon cannot be redeemed at this time blah blah...So I just don't even bother anymore to play there. Nothing truly against the casino as I was paid very promptly....In my opinion they're waiting for my winning tobe paid back...lol

Thanks for all of the comments. I have decided to request inetbet to close my account. I am only an occasional gambler with limited funds so I try to maximize my play time by using match bonuses. To me the casino already has the advantage with 30x playthrough that is very difficult to complete. It is also more than a coincidence that my account was flagged the day after the small progressive win. For these reasons I will find another casino to play at.

Years ago, when I was a Mod and was getting accounts and the aff. mgr. said 6 times playthru- I jumped off my chair and told him to be reasonable!! He laughed and said "Ok Liz, what would that be?? I said 2 times!" ;)

(This wasn't at Inet- btw)
