These requirements I am copying and pasting. Please tell me what you think. I WOULD REALLY LIKE SOME FEEDBACK ON THESE REQUIREMENTS

I am not going to name the site.............yet.

"""" xxxxx will only process ONE withdrawal per account, in the event of an account holder having multiple withdrawal requests on the same week, the Accounting Department will decline all subsequent requests and send them back to the player’s account""""

"""""We will only review ONE payout request per player, per week, this includes any possible withdrawal requests the customer may have made in other sites operated by xxxxxxxx. Consequently this means that we will honor only ONE payout per player in our entire network of sites."""""""

(THEY HAVE A FEW SITES)

"""""" Prior to requesting a payout, the player MUST have a valid LANDLINE telephone number registered in their account. Players will also be asked to provide a copy of a telephone bill for us to verify that the address registered on the player profile matches the one registered for the landline""""""""

""""""We will attempt to contact the player via the telephone number provided by him/her to verify it is in working order; players with invalid or canceled telephone numbers will have their payouts declined"""""

(SOME PEOPLE NO LONGER USE LANDLINES OR IN MY CASE, IT IS IN MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER'S (HUBBY'S NAME) WE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER 19 YEARS)

"""""Players with other accounts in any of our network of sites must have all required information on file before requesting a payout""""''

(I take this to mean, even if you are requesting a payout from one of their sites, you must have paperwork verified with ALL of them.)

PLUS after you have done all that they ask..............You still may be subject to:
  1. Upon requesting a withdrawal the player is aware that a verification process might be put into effect. This consists of Management selecting a few random accounts on Mondays with pending withdrawals, in order to review the paperwork that has been received from them, to make sure it is complete and legible, that the account information matches the paperwork and to review the account game sessions. This is a random procedure and there is no pre-determined selection process, meaning that there is no way to anticipate beforehand which accounts will be reviewed. Please bear in mind that this procedure may be repeated more than once a year, and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department; the type of game played and if any suspicious pattern of play is detected; therefore, every customer who requests a payout will be subject to this process at some point or another, even if they have all the corresponding requirements for a payout in order. Once the verification process has been started, the funds are returned to your xxxxxxxx account, you are free to request a new payout at your own discretion, however the payout will not be reviewed until the verification process is completed, and the time this takes can vary on an individual customer basis depending on the flexibility of the case. This procedure enables our Security and Management Departments to avoid any abuse of our system, identify theft and ensure that all the information under the player profile is legitimate and that all requirements for requesting subsequent payouts have been fulfilled.
(So, evey after you have done all that they ask, your withdrawal could very well be kicked back for yet another examination, re-deposited in your account and you will have to wait(for however long that takes) untill the next available "withdrawal request date"")

"""""""""All players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months will need to meet the following requirements prior to requesting a payout:
  1. Must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site.
  2. Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months."""""""""""""
(3 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT IS KIND OF A KICK IN THE PANTS AND $500 MAX PER MONTH FOR FIRST 6 MONTHS OF MEMBERSHIP IS A BIT HARSH AS WELL. WHAT IF YOU GET LUCKY?)

I have to wonder if is even worth playing here.

Thanks for any and all comments!

Oh yeah...... this list does not include the usual wagering reqs. which they do have. And of course, the ID part of the paperwork, that's normal.

The rest of this???

wow that sounds like some crazy hoops, is it a supposedly credible place?

I know i would like to knwo what kind of casino comes up with these stupid terms, cause i sure won't even give them a thought of playing there. I think atm, its just better to stick with 4-5 casinos that i'm verified with, and know from experience they will pay and pay in a decent time frame.

If you don't mind would you please PM me and tell me who it is?

And personally, I'd be very very afraid to play there.... no way... unless you're able to reverse the first withdrawal and add the amounts together.

Well, right now it is still a streak sponsored site. We are waiting to hear back from them because Judy sent them a copy of my post. I have deposited several times and have never had a cash out, but after reading the requirements, I probably won't be depositing again.

Judy has asked for me not to name them just yet.

It is the Winward / Bingo Hall group. I realize that their conditions are quite strict, however I have asked them about them and they have reassured me that it is for security only.

After reviewing with the Accounting Manager from the sites mentioned, I was informed that these cash out rules have always existed and the only addition recently included by the Security and Accounting Department was the one related to the 6 months policy in which, due to fraudulent new accounts generated in the past months, they found themselves in a position of needing to further protect the business's welfare and thus, created this new procedure.

Then, in regards to the landline policy, this is used to verify the address if residence provided by our players and in the case of a player is missing some of our requirements, the Accounting Department will need additional information for proof of their home address. Please note that if a player can give relevant explanation as to why they don’t own one, exceptions can be taken in consideration.

Even though our sites have been running for over 10 years and pay over $500, 000 in winnings on a weekly basis, at the moment the status of our industry is fragile and the issue of identity theft is hard to tackle; therefore, we must take the necessary steps to assure the protection of our business and more importantly, our players

I know for a fact this group is honest and fair. The rules may seem strict to some, but I for one totally understand them and support them. :cheers

My documentation has all been accepted now. It really is a fun place to play. If you think you're going to play there, just get your docs in before you make a withdrawal. Thanks Judy for the information.
