Hi,

Ok, this is wierd.

I got the free $50 that they sent me for the 4th of July.

I played and had fun all the way down to somewhere around $1.39. I figured I was done for, so, I went to play penny keno.

I played that game down to .69c, playing 10 game at a time.

I then hit 9 numbers for $1.40 twice in a row and had a couple for 30c each.

So, I was up to almost $4.00.

I kept playing pennies until I was down to $3.00. It was quite a while.

Since it was getting old, I decided to change my bet to a 25c. Well, I hit for 9 numbers for $37.00 something. I was back in the game!!

When I went to the cashier, my wagering reqs. were gone.(I didn't make it) I guess that was because my balance was so low.

So, now......... I need to know if the bonus is still "sticky". They took away the wagering reqs., Did they take that away too???

Also, The max cash-out was set at $250.00. Does that still apply??

I am sitting on $80.00, I had it up to $120.00.............. from 69c.

What do you think????

I am not sure what you mean hon. If the wagering requirements were gone you must have made the playthrough. The bonus would still be sticky and the $250 max withdrawal would still be the same? If you are not sure, you need to contact the casino and get the facts from them though.

I play at JC almost daily, and they know me well, and they treat me unlike no other casino, I can't say how great they have been to me,
but from my own personal experience this is what I suggest..

Contact them via chat, and ask them if you met your playthrough....make sure to e-mail yourself the trascript of your chat..( in case anything changes)

Or request your withdrawal, and see if they will process it.

I hope this helps, and I know it sound really basic, but try it.

i know what u r talking about...i have wondered the same thing in the past but never won enough to cadhout...

when u have a playthrough and u get to like 1.00 balance and go to the cashier the playthrough is gone... even if u did not make playthrough....i guess they figure u dont stand a chance making it when u get down to ur last dollar....but i have always wondered what happens if u do get up to a balance of say 50-100 dollars...what happens to that playthrough that is no longer there....and does it go back in effect even though we can no longer see it in the cashier...

I think they do that because it very unlikely to do much with $1.00, but I hit all 6 numbers on 1 penny Keno, and got $20! So since my playthrough was removed, I contacted chat, and the response I got was that I met my playthrough....so I went with that...but unfortunatly I didn't win enough to cash out, but it sounded like I could of....

The same exact thing happened to me the other day!! I know for a fact I didn't make the playthrough and I too went to keno when my balance was low and I was under $1 and I hit for a couple of bucks here and there!! I play 11 digits, so I built my balance back up but lost it again!!

Please let us know if you hear back from them and find out why!!
