I registered in the casino Mandarin Palace on your link. Received a bonus and played it. I wanted to withdrawal 497 GBP. Their finance department checked my documents 6 days and later my account is blocked. They said that I chose the wrong currency accounts - GBP. But it is not written in the Terms & Conditions. Can you help me?

They answered me:
After reviewing your account the Risk Team concluded that your account was not eligible to play in British Pounds currency. As per point 7.13.6 the Casino has the right to withhold money held in any suspect account. Your account has therefore been locked and you will no longer be allowed to play at the casino.

They are a reputable group. If it is a legitimate win they will pay, but if it is something they think is fraud NO casino will pay. I will see if I can find out more.
