MG, what have you done now?!?! (check this out! Casino Rewards)

I have found none of the jerkiness of the screen nor other problems till early this morning. I have always had a slow down of the play at certain casinos, and thats why I played predominately at others.
I've found all of them are faster here around 3am, but I've figured that's because Europe is asleep lol, being 6-8 hours ahead of us.... less competition for the bandwidth coming from the server.
But 3am at GrandMondial and now I know what others are experiencing. Blurry, scratchy, jerky, wins showing in balance while still rolling up in the win area. Cashapillars look like they'd sprayed with Raid
How awful.
I like everyone else have dual processor, huge ram, huge video card with gaming capabilities. This is MG's problem for sure.
I've now gone back to Casino Classic, part of Casino Rewards who is not upgrading. What a joy it is to play there. If only they would flush withdrawals lol I'd be in mg heaven

that's gorgeous....I was trying to play the new slot Hellboy the other night and really liked the game but I was just about tearing my hair out, as you say it is a real nightmare, we just have to hang in there until it gets sorted out. One improvement I like is the autoplay during the tournaments, it does save the poor old wrists a bit.

ooh I hadn't noticed that! And where I agree witthe post above that running games in all tabs would make me think I had a gambling problem... I do like the fact that a tourney can be in one tab and leave my active game alone. I've always been kind of superstitious about leaving winning games lol
I got an awful headache trying to play - so I'm sticking with the casinos running the old software as much as I can - but I'm not well known there so cashouts will be slow ;( ah well can't have everything in this world.
Update about this:
Last week I've sent a bunch of emails to several casinos I play, Spin Palace beeing one of them, that I could no longer play because of the update.
They replied the same day that there was not much they could do, as the updates are nessecairy for the new games/functionality etc.
Today I received another mail from Spin Palace, it is now possible to DOWNGRADE to the previous version ON REQUEST!
All you have to do is email them with your account number and you'll be able to play on the previous version of the software again!
No 5 games at once, no Hellboy, but I don't give a flying rats ass, I'm gonna DOWNGRADE NOW!!
Lets hope other MG's will follow this example soon!!

woohoo that's wonderful news, I can't play at Spin Palace being from the US, but hopefully others will follow suit. I will say though that I"d probably leave the one I prefer for tourneys in the new software. I really like being able to be in two tourneys at once, and by floating the mouse on the tab of the second you get like a screen in screen so you can watch for scatters. That is a cool feature to me.
Carey that's the only good feature, the tourneys DO have autoplay feature now! So you can get them both going on autoplay, and have one on active tab, float mouse on other tab to watch picture in picture. I usually only need that when I happen to be in a short running tourney and forget and get into another... but check out the autoplay, it's at the bottom!

Hi, This isn't really about the up grade but am wondering if anybody ever had trouble with casino rewards? In Dec I made 3 deposits and cashed out $350. I had $20.00 to claim because one was a first time deposit. now when I tried to claim the 20 it says I have used too many free promotions and I cant claim them till I make a few more deposits. I really don't understand, why didn't they tell me this in the first place if I was using too many or not let me receive them. I have always liked casino rewards but now they are ticking me off, make me feel like a thief. Before this they were even sending me lotto tickets which I did win on a few times. I would appreciate any input!! Thanks for the help
cola I understand completely. Sometimes I think these casinos make very very foolish decisions like this and shoot themselves in the foot. To risk alienating a good customer over a lousy $20 chip is stupid - but a decison that is not that uncommon in lots of other businesses.
I've had the same thing happen at other places, and know exactly how you feel. We try to play smart, deposit to maximize our chances and don't like being made to feel badly when all we've done is accept what they offered. And that feeling stays in my craw - which is why I think it's so foolish on the part of the casinos.
Personally I like Casino Rewards, like the simplicity of the points system, like being able to decide where to have the bonus deposited. But there are other fantastic Microgaming casinos, all Streak sponsors. A few excellent ones are VIllento, Red FLush, Platinum Play, Royal Vegas. In fact I really love Royal Vegas and Platinum Play - just make sure you click through from here at the Streak.
