Multi tab technical information from Royal Joker Casino

The latest multi tabs release coupled with the screen resolution is aimed to increase your game interaction and to allow you playing in up to 5 games simultaneously.

If you are suffering from technical issues and slow performance please check how to increase your computer resolution. If you are using windows XP please click here and read the resolution set-up manual.

If you aren't Windows XP User simply find your operating platform screen resolution by searching the web.

We hope that the given technical information had increased your computer performance. However if you still experiencing technical issues please email our support mailto:[email protected] and inform of your technical issue.

Thank you, The Management and Staff

Vixen would also like you all to know that she had a meeting with her contact at Royal Joker and they have reassured her he is personally trying his best to get this resolved asap and he takes all the players complaints very seriously. So please do not give up on them Streakers. This casino has gone an extra mile for their players since they first opened up!

I got this email too... They really cant realize they are the problem here, its so typical the casinos trying to learn us players 1+1=2. Ok, some people maybe dont know how to change resolution but thats not important. It will not help anyway!

1st. Why would be players wanna change screen resolution? We maybe want to have low or normal res. to actually see whet we do on the computer without magnifying glass.

2nd. They are the ones that should make things work for players...are we the ones that should make their shitty software to work? It worked before more or less, didnt it?
find your operating platform screen resolution by searching the web.

3rd. Me for ex. run on pretty high res. of 1680x1050 and still have blurry screen and sometimes very slow games and also crashing games...during tourneys on Loaded slot the slot always freeze right after a finished free spin feature..have you noticed that too? And I have to restart the slot losing some time on the tourney timer... So this screen res.-change will not change anything even if you do change it to a higher res. on their demand.

4th. Ok, if you still dont belive me....why aren´t everything else blurry on your screen and why arent all programs suddenly slow when you use your computer like you always have done the last months and years? OMG!

let's be clear on one thing this is not the fault of the casino operators! They are at the mercy of Microgaming who provides the software to them! I cannot stand good casinos getting the slam when they themselves are frustrated and doing what they can to fix this issue!

Well...telling us to search the web for answers to their problems??:wtchtv

They could choose to not upgrade and for those that already have upgraded maybe they could downgrade until Microgaming have changed programmers and have tested the software fully before release...

Im not slamming, Ive seen this before many times...the problems are always at the players side, computer or interenet conenction and is this case our own settings on the screen resolution...and its not possible they are wrong.

Operators do have the choice not to upgrade, Casino Rewards prove that.
32RED have dissapointed me in a big way by upgrading their Dash casino as wel now, despite all the problems.
On thursday I get an email from them stating I can still play at Dash, friday evening I wanted to deposit and its also ruined.

Fortune Lounge casinos are still normal, at least they were a few hours ago, lol.

Just to inform you all, Fortune Lounge group have so far only upgraded their Vegas Palms casino and is waiting for player feedback before they decide if they apply the update to the rest of their casinos.

I've already let them know what I think of the update, and the more ppl do so, the bigger the chance they will follow CasinoRewards in their decision not to update!

I told them that not applying the update may very well result in an unexpectedly fast growing playerbase. MONy:::woohoo

I think there are a few operators out there who are going to try and downgrade but this all is a S L O W process because as we all know Microgaming never gets in a hurry for anything!!! Be patient and I know your frustrated just don't be all pissy at the good decent casinos I give you my word they are all doing their best to get this fixed asap!!

I will even be in London at the end of the month for an iGaming conference and I will personally make sure to get your complaints to the right people :)
