I downloaded and have been playing on and off this weekend using the 150% bonus coupons from Lucky Red Casino for slots. I've only been playing on Real Series Slots and didn't notice until today that my playthru amount hadn't been going down as quickly as I thought it should. So, I tested the idea of checking the playthru total, then I went to the slot and played on a $.40 spin. Logically, when I checked back at the wagering amount, it should have gone down by this amount, right? Well, it only went down by half. I thought, crap, what didn't I read in the T&Cs. So, I double checked them and all it said was 20x playthrough on slots (and the other two games--keno and scratch card I think), but nothing about any slots being only worth 1/2 playthru. And, I played on several deposits (small ones, yes, but still) using the coupons in this series and don't know how long this ISSUE has been going on.

I wrote to support and asked them to look into this. Meanwhile, has anyone else noticed this or can someone help me out and tell me what I should do to pursue this? This is really strange, but I really think I got "accidentally" screwed with my playing this weekend. If not, just show me where I missed this "1/2 wager" bit in the fine print.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:red

Krazy, I am sorry hon. I did play there and I did use the 150% coupon. I did not even look at that though. Okay, wait for support and see what they have to say. If they do not give you a satisfactory answer I will try and find out. Vixen is not due back until the 5th, but I will try!:hug

Thanks, Judy. Interestingly enough, I had also checked wagers made at $1.00 per spin and $.20 per spin. At the $1.00 spin, it accurately took it off the wagering requirement total, but like the $.40 spin, at the .$20 spin level, only half was applied. I really think there's a problem here. I'll let you know what happens.

They did finally respond to my follow up emails and claimed there was an issue with the coupons that they did fix. In return, they issued me a $50 bonus to say sorry and another deposit bonus coupon. So, I realize mistakes happen and am satisfied with this result. Just wanted to let everyone know I wasn't crazy (in this case) and that their customer service worked things out.

No I often don't look either Judy, glad they apologised and are looking into the problem, it makes you confident to deposit to a casino that just doesn't ignore you.

This is really funny. I noticed this too. I also noticed how terrible the play was. I sent them off 3 different emails and i haven't received an email back or even a courtesy thank you for your inquiry. I doubt that I will ever play there again. They haven't answered my emails, but they have sent me daily notices about bonuses so i know it is not an email issue. wmtlm
