I know this casino was having "technical diffuculties" in the beginning...understandable, but I STILL can't play. I don't know if it's my computer or the casino. I get logged in , to the lobby no problem...click on a game (the normal Rival message:downloading file 1of1), and 5mins go by (with the download bar moving) and nothing happens. I am using dial-up?
Why not ask casino support right?
Well I did and I get told it's a new casino give it a chance.
That's why I'm asking the forum for advice

do you use an accelerator if you do turn it off I used to have the same problem when we still had dial up

Okay, I think I have this questtion in the right place now. If not just let me know. Has anyone one had any problems making deposit at Rocbet or any of the other Rivals using netspend pre paid visa. I made 3 deposits at Absolute with the same type of card and the deposit went through just fine. When I went to make another deposit at Rockbet and absolute and all the other Rivals the deposits get denied. Support says that they are having Tech problems regarding deposits and that my netspen card should work and to keep trying. I contacted netspend and they said that my card should work just fine making deposits. I keep trying and still gets denied. I made 2 deposits at iNetBet with the same cards and the deposit went through fine. Any feedback on this would be appriciated. Thanks
