RTG software our gameds provider which has caused issues throughout their casino network.
This has been reported and they are currently working towards a resolution but at present we do not have an ETA.
Until this issue is resolved we are unable to locate player accounts or make any amendments or apply any bonuses to the account.
If you bare with us whilst we look to resolve this that would be greatly appreciated, due to the back log if you could come back through on chat in 20-30 mins hopefully we will be in a better position to deal with your query."
Still makes me nervous....after the whole US Micro-gaming deal.
