Simon Says Casino

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know about a very positive experience I had this week with Simon Says. I got a "We miss you email" from Simon Says this week saying that they noticed that I hadn't deposited lately and if I was unhappy with anything. I wrote back to say that no, I had no issue with the Casino but that my funds were low so couldn't deposit right now.

Very shortly afterwards I had another mail from them saying they had added some new promotions to my account. There were 2 no deposit offiers for $25 and $15 and a good many other very nice deposit offers.

Sadly I didn't win but thought it was really nice that they gave me the no deposit offers for no reason other than I couldn't afford to deposit. (If I had been Labell I would have tuned those into $1000!!!)

Simon Says rocks!!

I must admit I have had a few of those emails recently and I never thought to email them back (with the same reason as you), that was a great idea and very nice of them to give you a couple of free chips.

Yes it was incredibly nice of them, and you know what - when I emailed them just to say thanks, Jennifer gave me another no deposit chip!

There are a lot of casinos who look after us with extras when we are depositing but not so many when we can't. I've always like Simon Says - actually it was the first Rival I ever cashed out at (with no issues either I should add), but they have gone way up in my esteem now.

I've now gotten 3 no deposit chips back to back when they know I can't deposit right now, how many other casinos do that? They will certainly keep me as a loyal player and I will be back depositing there as soon as I can!!

LOL Allie I wish it had worked for you! Its fantastic to find a casino like that that you can call "home".... I've advocated earlier in the threads to not hesitate to call the casino of your choice. Espcially if you're a regular depositor most of the better ones will indeed give you a bonus. It's all in the honesty and asking. I usually start the conversation with "is the pit boss in a generous mood today" lol.... Anyway how great for you!!!
