OK, this really is news! Bad news!

SlotoCash Casino have changes their promotion system to a new automatic one the say, as if their old one were not automatic.

I got at least one, sometimes two "Reward" bonuses of $10 or $15 / week if I made any deposit. Also there was new exciting promos in the cashier each day, ofcoarse they were automaticlt added to all players accounts.
I have deposited about $50-$100 each week at SlotoCash and ofcoarse with matchpromos of at least 50%..sometimes only 15% now at the end when I have sent in my documents adn they have approved me and I felt like now Ill be even more rewarded and any withdrawal will be processed quicker. Well...no.

From the time I sent in my documents two weeks ago(which I though they already had) I have not recieved ANY promo or reward bonus in my cashier.

It started with I asked them how to earn more loyalty points cause I seem to not earn so much here when I get 5 times more points at for ex Superior Casino, Well, they told me if I send in my documents I would get much more "benefits" So I did that ofcoarse when I though I already have done that.

Now ONLY the VIP host snwer my mails but she ofcoarse in the office for maybe 2-3 weekdays only...so I can wait days for an asnwer on a mail and I dont get any promos or bonsues at all. And why?
This is the last answer I got after days of waiting for an answer:

Ok, Based on this numbers Ive got littel more than 100% in match offer and 1/3 of my deposits in free bonuses. Sounds good.

This $400 withdrawal were made Feb 2008...... ...not yesterday when they changed their promos system.

Their earning on my account is $3200...that she dont wanna realize in the nubmers given. And match offers and free bonsues are just numbers as long as the player dont cashout. I understand if I were ahead in the casino or reacently made a $1000 withdrawal I would not get any $10 Reward bonus for a while.

Ok, if you look at her numbers it looks more than fair, but only 2 weeks ago when I didnt had my documents stored at their place those numbers were even more fari/good for the player when I deposited more after the papers were sent when she said I would get more benefits. But, even the daily promos dissapeared and no free reward or slototicket at all of a sudden...I have nothing in my cashier for 2 weeks now.
Where are the "even more benefits"? and where are the old treatment for being just an basic player that have not yet sent the documents?

And according to her number I dont seem to get any match offer or reward bonus on a long time....will I continus deposit with no promo and lose my deposits just to be able to get a 100% promo maybe soon?? LOOL

The have totally failed, Im not gonna waste bonus free deposits with my small budget and with this kind of strange treatment. Ive supported 4-5 other Rivals during this time period and I manage to win at one of them. The loser here is SlotoCash Casino not getting my $100 / weekly donations when I never make any withdrawal at SlotoCash... One small one 2½ years ago dont count!

Yeah some of you may think I whine over bonsues here...but see the whole picture please. Not even a new match offer in cashier for 2 weeks now when before there were 2-5 new offers each day! Plus their talk of me getting more benefits from sending in my documents...instead iget nothing at all and slow respons on emails...whatta joke!

I cant understand how they think..IF they think? Sorry SlotoCash Casino for trying to be loyal and sending in my documents and trying to deposit as much as I can...but now there will be NO more deposits, I rather donate my mone yto the other Rivals I also like.

I am curious to see what happens with mine too, i just sent documents in 2 weeks ago and did make a $400 withdrawal at that time. But i have also played here pretty regularly for a while and would get a lucky Sloto ticket, but i haven't seen one lately either. Nore i have seen many bonuses. a could 25%-45% reload bonuses which aren't really worth claiming when you deposit $25 at a time though i did have a 100% match yesterday which i used.

Lets see how my promotions go for the next few weeks.

Yeah...and I didnt even had a withdrawal in process when I sent documents. I used the last 15% promo a couple of days ago just to show them my loyalty ....and no promo at all have been added since I sent the documents 2 weeks ago... before I got a "$10 sloto tocket" for makeing atleast a $25 deposit with 100% included...and if I have had really bad luck for a long time they could add a "Reward bonus" manually to be nice....especially now on weekend when I often have nothing to play with, so nice......but...when I try to deposit more and get them all papers as a good player would do Im closed out from everything...even the quick support like before...

Well, lets see if things change back to the good...in the meantime I donate other Rivals..(if I only could,..LOL)

Are they doing this to everyone because I have like 10 promotions listed in my cashier Ceks? Maybe they want a few more deposits with NO bonus in between the bonuses claimed? I know a lot of casinos feel that way. They want to see straight deposits as well as deposits with a bonus. Have you ever deposited at Sloto without a bonus?​

Hm...I dont know, not this year, Ive had my account closed about a year a year ago. Its hard as it is to win with a 100% match, why would I lower my chances even more when I always lose at SlotoCash?
If they want strait deposits they could say it instead of lie about me getting more benefits if I send in documents. I want more withdrawals...that they have not given me so I guess they cant excpect me to deposit more with less bonuses....


Well...now they have not gotten my $100 donations the last two weeks...and ive not made a withdrawal since a small one 2½ year ago.... Well, if they dont want my donations Im fine with that when there are many other Rivals wanting my money.

Also, we can have a long discussion about if an attached match offer on a deposit is good for the player or for the casino with all the limitations coming with the bonus...players will most likely get busted when playing a deposit with a bonuses included.
If i were a rich guy I wouldn´t use promos cause I probably would cashout more...

And if they cant get enough of my money they can tell me instead of lying telling me I´d get more benefits if I sent in my documents..before that I played less and I got 2-5 new offer each day and $10 bonuses each week....now I dont even recieve a 30%-60% match...and they anwser mails within 72 hours and not within 2 hours like 2 weeks ago...

I wish to be a basic non-approved player again... And its the player that decide if he/she will play or not, if the casino sends signals like this they obviously dont care about my money. They lose.. .



Also, I did NOT get a higher status and more loyalty points as they said when I sent in the documents...I can still play forever to earn $1 in loyalty...Superior give me 5 times more loyalty points for (for being a "Club" member)playing and I dont play alot there....hmm...

Well i for one can say i usually deposit bonus free here and usually only claim a 100% bonus once out of every 5 deposits or so. But on the other hand, i have about 4-5 coupons in my cashier, but just waiting to see if i ever get a lucky sloto ticket for $10 bucks myself. I used to get them every week pretty much. Time will show what happens at least for me.

I just experienced this. Two emails this a.m. that made me want to pull my hair out. I made two deposits and I did not get the $10 reward they usually give after a deposit--they used to call it the Lucky Sloto Ticket--so I asked them what happened. Instead of saying, "Oh we stopped offering that." They told me that such bonus never existed and doesn't appear in my account. Such a b.s. answer making me look like I don't know what I'm talking about.

Very dissapointed in them--not for the bonus but for the answer. They just eliminated one of the two reasons I choose to deposit there.

I have only had two bonus offers in the casino for months, one is 15% and the other is 25%. Have no idea why... but it did make me quit depositing there for a while. I've been depositing a bit now and still no bonuses. But payouts are super quick once your id is in, and they're a great place to play.

The $10 they used to give had no cashout limit and very reasonable playthrough. But I never play regular bonuses either, it would kill me to hit a random or jackpot while playing that.

Sloto'Cash was always my favorite Rival . I have found it a little strange that I have only had 2 bonus offers for months. I don't normally play bonuses but it's nice to know they are there as an option. I haven't gotten an email from them in months. I still deposit there and have chatted with them but no concrete answers as to why no emails or new bonuses.

They do pay fast when you win. I will keep depositing there and hope to start getting emails again soon and maybe even some new bonus offers.
