This year I decided not to go to my childrens for thanksgiving-instead I have chosen to stay and help cook and serve for the poor and homeless people that have no where to go.
If I can put even one smile on somebodys face, I will know that I have helped make someones day better.:eat

That is wonderul gufus! :trkluv I myself will stay home. I have one son at home and he will cook most of the dinner. My oldest son has to work at 4 so he will stop by and eat about 1 and then go to work. Then I will just spend the rest of the day with my Streak family here. Hope that a lot of you are planning on spending the evening playing the Free Slot Tourney at Platinum Play?

I get to see my parents once a year for Thanksgiving. But if it snows they can't drive in it. They are coming in a house with wheels lol. The weather keeps changing every few hrs here as always. If they can't come then it will be myself, Mike my son and his girlfriend. Mike and i decided to do a belated one in March before they have to leave their winter home and return to Idaho. We are not cooking this year..Frys food is doing it for us lol. I have some cavities that need to be filled so i may noy be eating a damn thing sigh. Can't go to dentist until sometime after Christmas.:sadaww

It will just Christofer and I this year, he is autistic and my family does not invite us anymore, because of his disability they are clueless how to handle it and all he does.

Do NOT FEEL PITY for us, this year I won't have to cook, a very very nice elderly lady who lives in the back of me is sending over a plate just for me no mess no fuss lol, I went and bought some turkey cookie cutters so we are going to make peanut butter sandwiches (it is christofers main food, he only eats 5 things) and then we will use the cookie cutters to make make turkey shaped peanut butter sandwiches... I can't wait... Having his smile when I brought in the cookie cutters, is all the thanks I need... I'm just so very grateful for him and especially when he gives me a smile, as I know they do not come easily for him....

I truely wish you all a very very Thankful Thanksgiving...

Love
Kandy and Christofer

I have a rotty for Christofer, we have had since he was 6 weeks old, he is 4 now, he grew up with Christofer and they are inseprable<<spellcheck lol, I know most people don't like these dogs but this dog is devoted to Christofer I believe as much as me, he would die for my son I have no doubt about that..

For today lol, we have the cookie cutters laid out on the counter, a brand new jar of Jif peanut butter and brand new loaf of bread, with Christofers favorite drink Chocolate Milk frosting in the fridge. It's going to be a great dayyyyyyy...
