If you are a loyal player who deposits regularly and you love Microgaming casinos, then Villento is NOT the casino for you. Over the past year I have deposited over $1000 at Villento and not once did I receive a promotion and live chat was consistently abrupt and unwilling to accommodate. Today I have closed my account there with them for good. Avoid Villento!!

Sorry you feel that way mrsjillalice but we dont agree!! Not by a longshot!! Villento Brands have been a huge sponsor here at the Streak for the past 6 years and have been nothing but AWESOME to all of the members here.
I myself have been playing with them for years and have NEVER found any of their support staff to be rude or nasty ever!

We really dont appreciate a "newbie" on the forum coming here to trash a very reputable casino that we have nothing but the utmost respect for! If you continue to do it, you will be banned.​

You are right Carey! Villento is an awesome casino! I once received $15 free when I was playing in free mode... live support popped up and asked if I was interested in a welcome bonus... I replied that I was a regular player and as a gesture, they credited my account!

I must agree with Carey and Mouche! Villento as well as Rich Reels are super casinos. I personaly have had nothing but positive interaction with live help.I love having them here at the Streak!
They are tops in my book!

well, i'm a long time supportor of Villento but do have to say, yeah i get a weekly deposit bonus match, but not once have i EVER received those weekly freespins or any cash bonuses. It would be nice just for once to feel appreciated with some type of freebie. I have definitely spend a bit more than that too.

But i have never received any bad support from them nor ever had a problem cashing out or depositing so i guess that is a major plus and minimum deposit is still $20.

Villento has been my favorite casino since I joined a couple years ago.
I have only had a problem with them once, and it was probably my own fault because of my lack of patience.

Here are my loyalties from the last couple years from Villento:

Villento has great customer service, and is very responsive to me.

i guess i shoulda added to my post that i'm not calling Villento a bad casino, in fact i keep playing with them every month. There is only 2 micros i play regularly which are Villento and Go Wild. So just to clear up my earlier statements, Villento's is a great casino, just would be nice to get the freespins from time to time.

Wow, out of all the casinos out there to trash Villento's , somebodys been smoking crack. I think there awful generous with there weekly deposit bonuses, most casinos you have to deposit a ton or deposit frequently to get those bonuses. But not w/ them you can go 3 months w-out depositing and you still get them. Theres way to many shady casinos out there , so slam them not villentos.

I love Villento Brands casinos... I have only gotten the free spins once about a year ago.. but I continue to support them, I love their exclusive free slot tourneys that they have every other hour ( this is in addition to the free slot tourneys that the other Micros have)

Preaching to the choir here, but thats right Tazzie, they do offer free tourneys on games that other micro's dont'.. I've never had a problem with Villentos!!

They have always treated me fairly!!
