After submitting a betting slip, you will know whether you have won a XmasCard or not.
The lucky customers will be given the option to opt for XmasPoints or weekly winnings. XmasPoints will add up each other and you will compete against other players.

How can I win mybet XmasCards?
Registration is not necessary, every player who places a bet during the promotion period (01/12/2014 until 21/12/2014) will be participating and is eligible to win our prizes.
Every 5th betting slip with a stake of 5€ or higher will trigger a mybet XmasCard. When being shown a XmasCard, players have to decide whether they want weekly winnings or XmasPoints. The higher the stake, the more XmasPoints or weekly winnings the customer will receive.
Players will climb higher up the leaderboard by collecting XmasPoints. The higher the position on the leaderboard, the more attractive the prize will be. All players having collected at least one XmasPoint will be rewarded. The main prize: €3000 cash + two tickets (including travel expenses to Berlin) to attend the biggest footballing event of 2015!
All weekly winnings will be credited to the player’s account on the following Monday.

When does the myXMAS promotion start?
myXMAS will run from the 1st of December 2014 00:01 until the 21st of December 2014 23:59. You will be able to win XmasCards during this time frame only.
Do I have to register for the myXMAS promotion?
No, registration is not necessary. Every player will be registered automatically and be eligible for prizes.
What does ‘every 5th beting slip’ mean?
All eligible beting slips of all (!) mybet customers will be counted in the background. Every 5th beting slip will trigger a XmasCard. It is therefore possible to win two XmasCards from two betting slips.
Can I participate in the myXMAS promotion via my mobile?
No. Bets that have been placed via our mobile website (m.mybet.com) will not count for our promotion. Only bets placed via one of our desktop domains (mybet.com, mybet.de, …
will count.Which countries can participate?
Players from the following countries are eligible for the myXMAS promotion: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Greece, Norway, Denmark.
What does a XmasCard look like?
XmasCards will be shown as pop-ups after submitting a betting slip. You will be greeted with ‘Congratulations’.
Is there a minimum stake?
Yes, a minimum of 5 EUR has to be staked to compete for a XmasCard.
Which types of bets will be eligible for a XmasCard?
Every bet with a stake of at least €5, regardless whether it’s a system bet, a live bet, multiple or single bet.
Which prizes can I win with myXMAS?

Can I win XmasCards for playing casino, games or poker?
No, myXMAS is running for Sports Betting only.
Where can I find my leaderboard position and my number of collected points?
The number of collected XmasPoints and the leaderboard position can be found in the Xmas Account..
When will the winnings of the collected XmasPoints be credited?
The winnings will be credited between the 22nd and the 24th of December (after the end of the promotion). Money prizes will be credited to the player’s account and will be immediately withdrawable. The winner of the main prize will be contacted in person.
How many XmasPoints can I win with one betting slip?
The number of XmasPoints depends on the stake. It is possible to win one to three XmasPoints with a minimum stake of €5. With a stake of €50 or higher you can win up to 20 XmasPoints.
How often will the leaderboard be updated?
The leaderboard will be updated after the player has received his XmasPoints.
When will I be informed about my weekly winnings?
Once you select ‘weekly winnings’ you will be shown what you have won. You can win Sports Betting bonuses, free spins or free bets. The amount depends on the stake of your bet.
When will my weekly winnings be credited?
All winnings from the previous week (Mon - Sun) will be credited to the player account on Monday.
Will the weekly winnings become immediately withdrawable?
The conditions related to withdrawals can be found in the Xmas Account and in the Terms and Conditions.
I have already received a reload bonus, what happens if I win another bonus?
Only one reload bonus can be won per week. Every reload bonus following this first reload bonus will be invalid.

Can winnings be forfeited?
Yes, winnings will be forfeited if the conditions related to the instant winnings have not been met.
I have received a XmasCard, but immediately closed the window; can I still get my gift?
No. Do not close the window, because in that case your winnings will be forfeited.
The number of credited free spins is different from my number of collected free spins?
In some cases the number of credited free spins will be rounded up. The maximum number of Free Spins per week is 30.
My Xmas account is not accessible. What is wrong?
myXMAS and the Xmas account are optimized for the latest versions of all major browsers.

Can I take part in myXMAS as a Cashcard player?
